My by far the best experience in stay among all my travel experiences since 2012. Wonderful staff Prime Location Very much Cost friendly So much beyond the expectation level facilities (toiletries including shaving kit, soaps, shampoo, hand wash and tea milk powder packets, complimentary breakfast - over whelming more than pleasant stay with lasting memories). Most important is property is located at centre place but near to the famous Ulsoor Lake, you get all the needed things as it is centrally placed in bustling place, yet very tranquil place with the lake, and good green cover. Very well trained staff, especially front desk ever smiling Montosh who always talk pleasingly and room service especially young Pankaj though in his teen years yet very pleasant and demeanor

Nothing specific to list except may be could not get balcony facility that also not the fault of the property, if we had specified that requirement i am sure they would have provided that as well

My recent 3-night stay at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic. It was situated in a perfect location and offered easy access to everything I needed. Being close to the lake provided serene morning strolls and breathtaking views, while the proximity to shopping malls and the commercial district made it convenient for any necessities or leisurely browsing. Plus, the fact that it was within walking distance of the metro station made exploring the city a breeze. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it was a delightful experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and an ideal location.

One issue I encountered was a loose toilet seat in my room. While it didn't significantly affect my overall experience, it did detract from the comfort and convenience expected during a hotel stay. I suggest that the management pays attention to such details to ensure a consistently high standard of maintenance.

The location and the rooms were the prime reason for booking the hotel and I was not disappointed. I was provided room on the third floor and it exceeded my expectations. Clean and neat, with all the basic amenities, an office table and chair the room has two balconies. The Ulsoor lake is a walking distance which is good to spend time. Also, the stay was a value for money! The staff is helpful. Mantosh at the reception was very supportive in booking of the room.

Room was neat and clean. Even the staff was responsible and also responding on time for all the needs and queries. Very calm and quite location. Very much loveable place for a peaceful stay.

No toiletries was provided other than just one soap and one bath towel even though it was reserved for a couple and mentioned while booking the same.

It was not exactly on the main road and they don't have restaurant although the staff is helpful always to bring food from outside

good basic hotel, nice quiet location. Pretty close to Trinity Metro, MG Street and so on.

My stay at Treebo Trend Elmas Boutique was truly exceptional. The staff's genuine warmth and Mr. Sinan's outstanding helpfulness made a remarkable difference. There was breakfast included in which was amazing. Seamless cab bookings and the hotel's tranquil yet convenient location added to the allure. For a serene getaway with impeccable service, this place is an absolute gem.

A little on the expensive side but was worth it this time

It would have been great if they actually took Mastercard or Visa at the property. Take cash
