It is a decent and clean hotel. I was on a short trip and this was the third hotel I checked in, after getting unlucky with trash hotels first two times. Many thanks to Iris hotel team for making my stay pleasant! I appreciate that bare essentials like room cleaning, hot water, friendly and responsive staff just work well there. Everything you need you can arrange for by asking. If you read reviews before picking a hotel, make sure to skip reviews from indians. They are most likely fake.

Even though meaning of the word "clean" differs between cultures, staff may require some training to notice obvious things. No big deal, everything can be fixed by asking.

All level of staff ,including front desk were exceptional attentative and helpful. Breakfast and in room dining, hit all the right spots. I returned, to the hotel for a repeat stay in October with my husband, and was treated like old friends,on realising my husband was unwell ,a display of sliced fresh fruit awaited us....this was indeed hugely special and heart warming.This care was ,was very uplifting to us both. Many from South Africa ,make the annual trek to Bengaluru for Navarathri, I would without doubt recommend The Iris Business Hotel! Many ,many successes for the future!

Amazing location in center of Bangalore. Rooms are well furnished with good AC and comfortable bed. Staff is great with amazing service, very welcoming and helpful. Had a very late check in at 1 am and they accommodated it. The travel desk is also very efficient, they found a driver for us on very short notice

Small thing but the hairdryer can’t be used for long, it stops because of overheating Housekeeping provides everything upon asking (water, slippers , towel) but it would be nice if everything was already in the room without needing to ask

The reception desk and staff in general. Very polite and obliging. Location too is excellent. We have been coming here for many years now.

Didn't have a good experience with the restaurant. Also would like restaurants serving continental food as the menu doesn't have many options for those who don't eat spicy food . Since there are international guests, this is relevant. We used swiggy as we didn't have our own car. But other senior citizens may not be able to handle the apps. Can add a conditioner to the cosmetics in the bath.

Due to a last minute schedule change, I booked this place by only checking a few reviews. However, my decision was correct! I had a very pleasant stay with my young son. The staff were all nice, the place was spacious and clean, and although located in a very lively and convenient area, once inside, it was very quiet and we were able to rest in peace during the night.

The hair dryer was was only active for about a minute and then had to wait for a while to cool down to be able to use it again.

This hotel is located in a prime location with a very lively street. There are many restaurants and shopping malls close by. My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very good and helpful in meeting all our requests. Will book this hotel again 👍

There is no hand shower in the bathroom. This is the only disadvantage we felt.

The location of the property was very good as it was in the Centre of the city and proved to be very helpful when traveling within the city. The hotel staff were very accommodating, especially considering that we were traveling with an infant.

The hotel driveway is something that could be improved (subject to the space available) because entering and exiting the premises in a vehicle can take long if there are many guests visiting the location.

That the restaurant has very very limited options but you can zomato which made it easy.only lacking was a restaurant which serves all kinds of food ..
