I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their customer service is truly exceptional – friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and cozy, making my stay even more enjoyable. You can really tell that cleanliness is a top priority here. Another major plus is the location – very convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, it’s a perfect spot to stay. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future!

Due to a last minute schedule change, I booked this place by only checking a few reviews. However, my decision was correct! I had a very pleasant stay with my young son. The staff were all nice, the place was spacious and clean, and although located in a very lively and convenient area, once inside, it was very quiet and we were able to rest in peace during the night.

The hair dryer was was only active for about a minute and then had to wait for a while to cool down to be able to use it again.

Excellent location, luxurious place to stay & staff are very friendly & kind helpful.

The location of the property was very good as it was in the Centre of the city and proved to be very helpful when traveling within the city. The hotel staff were very accommodating, especially considering that we were traveling with an infant.

The hotel driveway is something that could be improved (subject to the space available) because entering and exiting the premises in a vehicle can take long if there are many guests visiting the location.

That the restaurant has very very limited options but you can zomato which made it easy.only lacking was a restaurant which serves all kinds of food ..

Location was a quick walk to get to the shops on Brigade Road and Church Street. Only 10 mins and a cheap ride in an auto to Commercial street. The breakfast was fabulous. I didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked top class. The pool is beautiful although I didn't get the opportunity to take a dip Staff were friendly and helpful from the porters, to the reception, the kitchen and cleaning staff. A well oiled machine and I will return

the breakfast area, For vegeterian the cooking of Egg omlette smelled a lot.So that should be give a different area to cook. Also the biggest drawback for vegeterian is that the same cook is making egg dishes and vegeterian dosa. This should be avoid must.Also the counters for egg omlette and dosa is just beside.

Adherence to Brigade Road and MG Road , the Iconic Church Street and at centre of city . Good Restaurant (Mani Chef Restaurant at the Ground floor ) and appreciable breakfast buffet at the 5th floor with good City view..

Nothing as such ., felt met the expectations. But the Charges per day are quite very high.

I stayed for 1 week. The staff It is almost unbelievable but all the staff gave me a good experience right form the start. From doorman to security to reception and breakfast staff , even the omelette station crew was good. Whoever is hiring or training staff for this hotel, keep up the good work. You have some really good people there. The location It is pretty central and close to most places you'd like to see. You can we to commercial street and some small stores and shops. It is right beside a College so the surroundings is always busy but safe. The room Always cleaned up and the staff always asks in the hallway if I need it cleaned. Every day, always. The breakfast I feel that it has a good selection and it also changed everyday which was really great. I also like the omelette station, it was really nice. Make sure you order the dosa, surely kooks good. Service in the area was also great. The attendees were hospitable and sincere. Helpful and accommodating.

You need to keep the AC on to make sure the room does not get stuffy.

The best part about this hotel is the location, bang right in the middle of the most important place - MG Road and Brigade road, with everything in the vicinity. Everything is perfect from the stay to the location.

The hotel should have a bit more variety for breakfast and food options. The quality and options in the breakfast was too less and very average.
