This is a very budget hotel in a very good location - right in the heart of Bengaluru! It is within walking distance to many great things - tourist areas/parks, numerous awesome breweries, cafes (2 x Starbucks even), restaurants of different price ranges, great markets for clothes and jewellery and other necessities such as supermarkets and clinics. An attached bar/restaurant offers great meals - even late into the night. The manager, Ramesh, was extremely helpful and kindly, assisting us to obtain a SIM card for our visit and assisting us with extending our stay and more. He made us feel welcome to return again. The area felt safe and secure and we were glad we could walk around the neighbourhood at night as it was quite lively. Air-conditioning and a fan in the room was much-appreciated after walking around in a humid environment outside during the day.

The rooms were very simple in terms of furnishings and with a small window facing another building - were quite dark. But if you are like us and spend most of the day sightseeing and are not in the room, then it didn't really matter. The refrigerator didn't work in our room which was a bit of a nuisance but we survived without it.

Location was awesome. It was just 2 minutes walk to Brigade Road.

As per description for Deluxe Room, Bath Tub should be included. But there were NO bathtub as mentioned. And they were not ready to upgrade me as well to Suit room even I was ready to pay. I am not rating them low only because I had realized that we didn't have time for Bathtub and we were there only to sleep at night. Pictures are deceiving.

The location is wonderful and shopping malls, pubs restaurants and all nearby. they have also a pub. It makes me the stay very comfortable even if I am alone.

The Location is excellent as it is inside the commercial area for shopping. Also near to Lot of Pubs and Bars. Under ground Parking only.

Parking had limited space and no Big cars can be accommodated. No Small restaurants near by. Need to walk at least 5 minutes for a Udupi restaurant.

Best location beside M G road, it’s in Ashok Nagar very premium location and on ground floor bar and restaurant! You can just chill and enjoy the crowd or watch a match in the TV. The owner is very down to earth and helpful. Rent are economical

The location was very very convenient .....one of the best things about the hotel...... the entire staff was very helpful and the service was excellent

There were no hooks to hang clothes or wet towels or hand towels in the bathroom.......faulty fixtures should be fixed whenever a guest leaves for the next guest .......there should be hangars in the cupboard which should have a lock some kind of table should be provided for suitcases....

Great location to all the main areas of attraction and transport facilities. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and assisted us with our enquiries.

Air-conditioning was sometimes tricky to turn on and could do with upgrading.

The hotel is small with very nice rooms. The bathrooms are clean. It is in the good neighbourhood of Bengalore. There is online reception if you are checking out during the night

I would like to have breakfast.

I had a wonderful three days in the hotel, it is very well located in the middle of the nightlife area with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. I became really good friends when I met Ramesh, the owner of the hotel. He introduced me to his friend Thomas, with whom professional synergies have also developed. This property is centrally located close to shopping, restaurants, metro station, etc. Karthik, the manager and his team, managing the place were very friendly and helpful. The guestroom and bath are neat and clean. Highly recommend for budget-friendly, business travel.

The reception lobby, guest corridors, elevator car are well maintained. However the room would look better with a fresh coat of paint.
