Excellent location on Calangute Beach, with the beach on your doorstep and close to restaurants and activities. We had a room facing the sea with a balcony. It was lovely to watch the sunrise and sunset from our room. The room was clean and comfortable with an amazing shower. The buffet breakfast with eggs and dosas made to order was generous and delicious. We also recommend the lime and coriander soup at the restaurant. The laundry service was cheap compared to many other hotels. Staff were extremely helpful and kind and went out of their way to serve us. The gentleman at the front desk was delightful.

We only staid for one night, but the property was what we expected. It might have had its ”glory days” but the staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. Good location, close to the beach and to the city center. Breakfast was great! (They had the most amazing fried broccoli!!)

As mentioned it might have had its glory days, but again; everything was clean and the helpfull staff was an extra plus! Ps. The bed was very firm! I prefer a firm bed, but my partner who perfer a softer bed did not sleep so well…

The service provided by each staff member was excellent, especially Mr. Ajay, mr. sankar and general manager mr. philip who was very polite and soft-spoken. The entire hotel staff was extremely cooperative and friendly. This property is located right in front of Calangute Beach, offering a delightful experience of enjoying lunch and dinner on the rooftop. The rooftop setup, along with the stunning beach view, is truly pleasant and memorable. Specially the quality and taste of food was delicious, rooms are very neat and clean.

The location was really nice and close to the beach with a direct access. The breakfast selection was exceptional as well with a variety of different indian delicacies! Absolutely enjoyed and truly an unforgettable experience at the property!

The in-room dining menu was vast, but there was no availability of certain items at 9:00 PM. There was a problem with the Air conditioning as well and it took them long to sort the issue out, but we were moved into another room.

Great location. Professional staff. Rooms modern and comfy. Food and drinks were excellent. Rooftop bar super cool. Front desk staff and management very helpful.

View from balcony showed garbage in parking lot. Lobby needs updating to match interior design of rooms.

The stunning view it offers and the proximity to the beach. Each one from the staff is really kind and do their best to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Other than the really narrow road that lead up to the hotel, everything is perfect.

About 1km from Calangute market. Could walk to shopping as often as we wanted. Beach access and remoteness is ideal....just far enough from the crowds...but close enough to access Royale Exotica Royal Suite is lovely and the space inside and outside is perfect...patio has magnificent views. Gold lift.

I arrived late (23h30) and all the lights were off. The area appeared so remote that even the taxi driver ran away. The next morning the area was more vibrant. There was not a lot of variety for non-veg patrons. Philip explained why and i was happy with the answers. Some of the amenities listed for the Royale Suite did not present in the suite. Kitchen closes at 21h45. No meals after that. Music on the beach stops at 22h00.

Location right next to the beach. The breakfast was a excellent a good mix of continental & Indian. Really loved the masala tea and Indian traditional breakfast. The rooms were super comfy. this is a very well maintained boutique hotel. The staff were very helpful. The location was near the beach shack restaurants, bars and far enough from the noise of Baga beach which is a 5 mins ride. This is indeed a lovely hotel.

Cant think of anything. I just loved the hotel.

Parking situation could be better (but still hotel staff takes efforts so that guest does not faces issue. They managed to accommodate cars in peak crowd situation)
