We stayed at the hotel with our 4-month-old baby, and I must say that the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful with every service we needed. They were always available and prioritised our requirements without any hesitation. The breakfast options were fantastic, and I would especially like to mention Mr. Aakash, who exceeded our expectations with his service. We are truly grateful for his support. Travelling with a 4-month-old baby can be challenging, but the Hyatt made it easy for us. Kudos to the team & hotel.

Hyatt centric is a located in a very safe place called Candolim with close proximity with good restaurants for both veg and non-veg. Very close to Calangute, Baga and Panjim. The beach is less crowded and cleaner than other beaches. The breakfast was anlright. and the staff were very polite and helpful. Although the property is not that big but it does live upto the Hyatt reputation. Good amount of facilities and hygienic rooms. Great for families with children too. The pricing is great too, the same rooms that we got here, would have been 4-5 times higher in other known chain hotels.

Staff were all very professional and attentive and provided great service from reception to housekeeping to food and beverages and security Rooms were clean and comfortable with good supply of body was etc each day with good air con. Breakfast each day was always interesting with a fantastic selection..no reason to go hungry All day dining menu was very good and affordable, i recommend the Sea Bass and Butter Chicken. Good location on edge of Candolim and Calungute.

People thinking it's ok to go to breakfast in their Pyjamas No cushions on rattan furniture in my balcony..no cushions on the very old uncomfortable sunbeds by the pool Not enough signage at eye level reminding people to keep the noise levels down when retiring to their rooms

The extraordinary hospitality by Hyatt centric team in candolim GOA.It was way more than expected the friendly and caring staff at Hyatt centric goa made the stay for my Parents more memorable and beautiful .The entire team took care of them by all means..it was like home away from home.My Parents not only enjoyed delicious variety of food at buffet but otherwise also staff took good care of there personal taste and choices. The overall experience staying at hyatt was amazing .They came back home with great stay at hyatt centric and goa. Thankyou so much hyatt centric team for making the entire 9 day stay comfortable and memorable for them and upgrading them twice in a room of there choice and comfort with a beautiful view. I want to thank the entire team at the Hyatt for making our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Check in was easy, the room was clean and the location was perfect. We had everything on our doorstep such as, pharmacy, supermarket, transport, and the beach was just 10 mins walk. A huge thank you to the hotel staff to ensure our stay was comfortable. The restaurant staff excelled in every way to cater for our taste and they went out of their way to make a few items that were not on the menu. I really appreciated this. Shout out to Sourabh,Rahul, Raghunandan, Omkar, Akash, Abin, Vikas, Subham and Rutuja, Dev and others in the team.Also, applaud to the chef and the room cleaning team. The breakfast was very good, good choice of food and service provided. Staff were attentive, polite and helpful

The hotel room sofa bed had seen better days was uncomfortable. The shower head did not adjust on rail. The shower floor and walls really need re grouting, they looked grubby. There was a constant water leak in the corner of the bathroom. There were only two towels and two cups in the room we had booked for three people, BUT this was rectified by the reception staff who were excellent. Finally having listed the niggles we had a great time at the Hyatt Cantric and would be happy to return again.

Our entire stay was absolutely fantastic! We travelled as a family along with our pet, a 7 months golden retriever puppy, and the entire experience was made very memorable for our entire family. From the moment we entered until we checked out, everyone was so welcoming. The chef made special meals for our little pup that she absolutely enjoyed. A special shoutout to the entire staff, thank you so much for taking such good care of us. Hyatt Centric will be our go to spot for every Goa vacation. 100% would recommend 👍

The stay was comfortable and we enjoyed it a lot as a family. The location of the hotel is perfect, the facilities in the kids play area or recreation is updated from the last time we visited and it is great. Kaveri one of the attendants was very kind and polite to the kids. Actually all of them. The breakfast spread is awesome and provides good variety. Rooms were clean and spacious and even the housekeeping attended us daily which was nice.

We had to ask for a welcome drink where as it should have been offered, basics.. Our car tag was misplaced and hence driven to other customers however the customer said it is not his and the staff realized their error. It's a security risk, how could this happen?
