The hotel is simply AMAZING! Very cozy, well thought out, everything is done with soul, and the view and air are simply amazing!!! Helpful and kind staff. For anyone who is looking for top class hospitality The Lohias is highly recommended from my end. The recommendation is based after staying in top 5 stars hotel across the globe. Special thanks to Mathias for his beautiful smile and tasty welcome drink which was very refreshing, very kind Man. And the lady on reception Ms. Pooja is marvellous, whatever we requested she fulfilled it. I would like to request the management of this hotel to please take special care of these staff. They are your face and they are doing their duties more than expected. Today I am visiting again and keep visiting whenever we will be in Goa. Thank you very much.

It was short stay but I actually enjoyed the stay and it was worth. I have enjoyed buffet breakfast as the restaurant serve lavish and huge spread. With many options for veg and non-veg. Hotel has even organised traditional Rajasthani Folk dance near poolside. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Service was superfast. Food was tasty and the staff were so humble and co operative. When it comes to customer service each and every staff go extra mile to fullfill our needs this makes this hotel special. I will definately visit again and also recommend this hotel.

Our room was on the end of the 4th floor, with the option of moving our chairs to our front door to watch the sunset. It was very spacious, excellent A/C & also a ceiling fan. The staff were absolutely charming, patient & accommodating. Hadn't slept that well in years! Everything was spotless. All staff were attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

Sometimes hard to cross the road at night, but that's definitely not the hotel's fault! 😅

Location very near to Calangute and Candolim beaches. Room service is prompt. Staff are polite and helpful. Cleanliness maintained. Breakfast spread was very good.

The initial payment request was bit strange to make direct bank payment even though I made a credit card booking.

Communication regarding events in the hotel could be sent via watsapp or printed so as not to disturb the guests. No handtowels or napkins available in the room. Quality of bath towels need to be improved. Got worn out / torn towels No refrigerator. Don't understand then point of keeping an unit which looks like freezer but keeps stuff at room temperature

Location is fantastic ! Smack bang in the middle of the market and near to the beach. Very useful, especially if you are there for a longer stay. A lot of retail stores near you. Rooms size are decent and can accommodate a 3rd person in a pinch. Very comfortable for 2 definitely. Parking is good enough and safe. A puncture shop is about 400m just in case you are using rented transport.

TV and fridge were not working. However these were replaced when the complaint was raised with no hassle.

At the time of checking they asked for our adhaar card and haven't return it. After reaching the airport I realised and called them, and confirmed they have our adhaar cards. But have not initiated to return it back yet. Poor staff management. They could have returned it to me during my check out or during my stay of 2 days there.

Room was excellent. Big sized room. Location was really good. Everything within a stone's throw. Staff was very helpful. Room service was quick and prompt.

Breakfast was very basic. Taste of food was okayish. Fridge inside the room didnt work. We were told that it was for keeping food at room temperature!! Room had some kind of old smell which took a long time to go away.

This hotel has the rooms with balcony with a relaxing view of greenery and coconut trees around. Early check In was given along with the welcome drink which was so tasty. Food was amazingly delicious. Room cleaning was done everyday with keeping a track of our needs. I was amazed to know that the restaurant staff made a special note of my choice of food. Great hospitality. All the staff were good and very professional. Excellent place to stay.👍

Had a great time at resort the lohias. Really lovely location beautiful facilities rooms were cleaned every day to a really high standard comfortable beds. Safe balcony. Clean pool and the boys in the restaurant and on reception were helpful. Just like to say thank you and will be back next year, I’m really looking forward to a lovely stay at Lohias and it was the best place I stayed in Candolim
