The room was spacious. There was enough storage space as well. And I think they had a reasonable number of electrical plug points to plug in gadgets.

the staff was a little discouterous. He declared I had booked the room for a smaller group, which I double checked on booking.com wasn't the case and told him so. Without even looking at that, or listening to how it was probably because of my rebooking for a different date etc., he then showed me some other internal communications as proof. What is that of relevance to me? Anyway I didn't persist the conversation but I think he was ready to argue further.

It's good, it was at a very premium location, all the top hotel chains are nearby. And they have a restaurant banana leaf which is downstairs, it had good south indian food. North Indian and goan restaurants are also nearby. Beach is approx 10 mins walk. They have a pool at the terrace which is also decent. Would stay again if I have to.

The rooms could have a little bit more lightning.

Clean, comfortable beds, good facilities in the room

1) Smoking in the rooms should be banned 2) Need more friendly staff for better customer service experience 3) Parking in an awkward spot 4) AC remote was not working and no one even bothered to replace or fix it

The pricing I got from Booking.com was really good. Best point of this property was the location. Plus it had proper parking space for cars. Staff was very accommodating.

Size of the room was too small. Many spots in the room was dirty. The hand towel was either dirty or not washed properly as it had brown stains on it. Room needed alot of renovation work to be done.

The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is also very close to all the tourist attractions.

The only thing which i didnt like there is that the breakfast menu has very limited options.

The staff are excellent but the management are bit greedy in adding on charges like extra for early check ins or late check outs they don’t consider the future relationships but the staff and service were excellent, would definitely go back

Zense management gave us room upgraded (Can they able to do this in Peak time of the season?) anyway But overall gr8 & appreciated.

Unsafe Car Parking Area

Although I had booked an executive room, as it was the only one available due to peak time rush on website. Due to some issues in the room we were very nicely given the Luxury Room which was bigger and had a sitting area next to it. The breakfast seems to be a attraction since the restaurant has a good spread/choices. In general their restaurant is mostly full as the food is good. I’d suggest the luxury or delux rooms as they were as shown in pictures. I am also impressed with their staff for being kind and supportive.

I guess the size of Executive rooms is not that apt, and would not suggest that for two people.

I had a really good experience with zense resort... really one of the peaceful stay in Goa. I loved there food, i loved there staff , and there facilities. I m looking forward to visit this hotel in my next trip. I highly recommend u to just stay there for a day n will know what I'm talking about.

very good location and staff was very helpful especially Mr Manoj Pati he made our stay very pleasant. he was very professional understanding and helpful at all times.
