The perfection ✨ I & My Wife stayed here for 4 Nights and we had made right decision. The Cleanliness, The Service, The Behaviour of Staff all was upto top notch.🫶🏻 Breakfast was included in our package and it had decent buffet options. But huge huge kudos to kitchen staff too, they were calm all the time. Also we would like to appreciate Mutsoi & Khosalu. They attended us so well and frank. Will Recommend everyone to stay here. We will surely stay here every time Whenever we visit Goa.

Breakfast -moderate spread. taste not that WOW but somewhat OK. service of Sri. Ganesh is remarkable Dinner - we had the buffet but taste wise was not that satisfied we booked Executive King room. the room was very spacious and well lit. compared to the the room size the bathroom was small

we had requested to give adjacent rooms but they gave two rooms in two floors and our kids were in the higher floor. Every now and then we had to climb the steps as the lift was most of the time engaged. the reception staff never pick up the phone. we tried to contact the hotel after booking it through Booking.com no one took the phone so we had to go straight to the hotel to request for early check in. The staff in the reception needs further training as many of them are not polite no airport shuttle arranged from the hotel. they gave us the number of a taxi driver and asked us to contact him nearest beach is 1.7 Km from the hotel. they could have arranged a shuttle service to the beach as the taxi drivers near the hotel is charging exorbitant rates

Liked the Location- very close to markets, beaches, restaurants. The ambience, Service & Staff was wonderful. Breakfast spread was also decent.

No Balconies in rooms or clothes line in the bathroom - important when you come back from the beach, need those to try up swimwear! Breakfast was a little repetitive - eggs/ paranthas kind of things need to be served fresh, not kept in a hot tray.

Everything special mention of the patient desk staff Rudali Very cooperative and understanding Was given best rooms and on early check out ample breakfast to eat on flight. Every time I forgot my keys the desk staff helped with a smile Travel was easier as they have a taxi counter at the hotel itself with reasonable rest Planning a stay with them in December once again

The location is great, its a short walk to the beach and there’s a supermarket right outside. There are multiple good restaurants nearby. The property is clean with a nice pool. The staff is polite, especially our interaction with Suresh and Puja who were very kind and helpful. Overall would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay in candolim.

Property is new and well maintained Rooms, hall, dining area, pool area everything is clean. Chaitanya and Neha at reception they both are very friendly. Other staff, room service, everything is just perfect.

There’s nothing to hate.😌 I will stay here again whenever I come back to Goa

The ambience, the staff specially the senior staff is very kind. 1-2 junior staff had issues but overall the staff is excellent. The food was too tasty. A special thanks to the chef. The pool staff was very helpful and experienced.

Some confusions with room cleaning staff and little delayed in things like dryer, or other.

The Staff and the Local which is easily accessible to everywhr, beach, market

The elevator is not in a working condition from the basement vehicles parking. So it becomes very inconvenient for any elderly to climb step till the ground floor.

Modern, clean, good location

Staff very friendly everywhere, however dining room staff whilst being very friendly need more training. Dining experience was like being in a staff canteen
