The time I visited was during the month of July which is Monsoon in Goa and also during the Offseason, so which implies, no crowd at all, like people will be there, but without any rush. Got the room easily and the staff were also helpful for extending my stay without any extra costs. The staff helped us and interacted with us throughout well for the services we required. Got a decent parking space for my bike inside the resort. Coming to the room, first I got a room which was decent but old, like not maintained properly, as it was the standard I had booked. As I visited during the Offseason, the staff actually offered me to stay in a premium room for the same rate for half of my stay which was sooooo nice of them. The new room was well maintained, had good lighting, newer bathroom fittings, better comfort on the whole and this was the premium room. I thank the staff for making my stay in Goa, very smooth and a memorable one. Missed the swimming, even tho the dimension is small, u can actually swim cuz it's Deeeeep.

The location, the relaxed atmosphere, spacious rooms , clean comfortable beds , lovely garden area and the swimming pool, make this a good choice for a family stay in Goa .

Nothing to dislike , however , there is a small area near the pool that looks like it’s used for storage of pool cleaning equipment,a little tidy up around this area would improve the overall look of that part of the garden .

some electrical sockets did not work

I like the hospitality and the location, the only problem was room was a little mouldy due to the monsoon. Water pressure in the bathroom is so, so good. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and I will recommend it if you want to be closer to the beach; it was also a pretty quiet neighbourhood considering it's close to a commercial beach.

Maybe just the room smells mouldy, but also it was a monsoon stay. The rooms do need a little more maintenance, and daily housekeeping wasn't there.

The location, service staff and room facilities all are excellent .

The only problem is that the parking area is very small if you have a big car like inova then you might face a problem but the staff is very friendly and they assist you with their best help

The location was great very near to Candolim Beach and market. The staff was very polite and helpful. Hritik Kujur was very nice and warm to us. Other staff were also very polite. Food and service was also very good.

The swimming pool and area could have been better. Maintenance work was going on, but on the last day of our trip, we could use it in the morning. The property need to have more greenery and pool area could be more developed so that more people are encouraged to use it, after coming from beach.

The staff was very friendly. Got the bike rentals at very reasonable rate from the staff.

Bathrooms can be more cleaner.

This is not a luxury hotel in terms of facilities but it is very nice indeed and the staff make it feel like "home". We enjoyed the free breakfast (both european and indian style are available), which was a surprise as we did not know that it was provided. We were given bottles of water every day, which was again a surprise as we would not expect this when booking a "value for money" hotel. Our room was always perfectly clean and was well-maintained.

We do not have any complaints about GAMR and would stay there again.

wifi connectivity issue

very good location. The only downside in the first week was the crappy wifi, but!!!!! then they brought wifi extenders to every room with pool view...(I can't comment on the other rooms.) after that evenings were very nice I had no other complaints, non.

If they could pay the IPTV fee, you could watch TV too, but that's not a big problem. Smart TV in room, watch everything else from youtobe to whatever
