Service was efficient and friendly. Food in the restaurant was very good for vegetarian and non vegetarian. The barman made amazing cocktails with attention to detail. The new year evening was pleasant with sky lanterns Amma live music. It is a few minutes from the beach with many shacks

I loved the buffet breakfast, some of the most authentic food during my entire stay in Goa.

When I put do not disturb light on, I still received calls and knocks (once or twice) not a big deal at all though. They were just making sure I had everything I needde.

Owner Eldrin and his staff are fantastic! They make sure all guests are comfortable and happy. I, personally, couldn't be any better! Breakfast is good with variety and great coffee (Thank you, Ranjan). The location of the hotel is superb, not too close, not too far from the beach. Close to shopping, taxis, main road. Rooms are well appointed and exactly as they appear in the pictures. Balcony is a bonus to enjoy morning coffee or relax in the sunset while having an Indian single malt. I can not thank everyone here for their attention to detail, courteous service, and above all, a friendly attitude (Goan speciality)!

Oh it was so nice! The staff is helpful, they were welcoming us warmly, the rooftop pool is just great, the room is big and comfortable, breakfast was nice, internet quick, bathroom clean and great... Dinner is nice and not overpriced in their restaurant, which is sometimes further improved by live music.

The location is nice, but not that much directly by the sea as the photo and the name suggests. It's still only 3 minutes walk, but don't expect great sea view from the balkony. Also getting there from the airport takes time and not very cheap by taxi, but it's not the hotel's mistake, just lack of proper public transportation...

The property is close to the beach and restaurants. The room is a good size, and the bathroom includes a bathtub. Overall, the room was clean, with the exception of a damp smell emanating from one of the pillows. The garden outside the room was slightly overgrown, attracting mosquitos during the evening. The breakfast provided was of a reasonable standard. Staff were genuine in their attempts to provide a quality service. A good parking area is available.

The internet was unreliable, and the TV channels available for English speakers were limited. During the monsoon period and over the 5-day period, the hotel was somewhat overpriced.

Excellent position very close to Candolim beach. Family run hotel, with really good and helpful staff. The restaurant has a vast menu, and all the items I chose during my one week stay were good quality ingredients and well cooked. The seafood was to die for. Excellent selection of cocktails. The breakfast buffet was varied daily with the option of eggs to order and English breakfast available if desired. Perfect location for a laid back holiday. The infinity swimming pool on the roof top was an added bonus. I would definitely book this hotel for any future trips to Goa.

The location of the property is outstanding as you just need a walk for 2 minutes to reach Candolim beach and all good restaurant joints and shops are nearby. Rooms are huge with extended balcony or garden. You can sit outside in night during day time it is hot. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is very nice. AC works pretty great and all other amenities are take care of. Staff is very polite and responds quickly to your requests. I definitely recommend this property if you are looking to stay near Candolim beach area. The rooms are isolated to sound so external noises do not creep in.

The only drawback I could find was the complementary breakfast as it did not have much choices. However you can order to kitchen which does take care of additional requests.

The owner and manager accommodated us at 7am when check in was at 2 pm without requesting additional fees ...all ither homes required an extra night fees..I felt they went the extra mile to accommodate us as the weather was so bad

You pay for the location. It's by no means a luxury property, and if you're looking for luxury, might as well go with bigger chain hotels at similar price points. The breakfast was meh, although the staff at the breakfast, as everywhere else on this property, were prompt and polite.

Excellent location - couple of minutes walk to beach. Very clean, large rooms, cleaned daily to a high standard. Rooftop pool excellent, lovely view. Breakfast was brilliant - cooked fresh - full English available alongside traditional dishes. Catered for children. Very helpful and friendly staff. Don’t hesitate to book!
