Location is excellent , hardly 7-8 minutes from the beach . has all good restaurants and shops near by . Rooms are huge , very well maintained , absolutely clean . staff is very supportive . property is very well maintained . breakfast was good too . one of my freind requested for sabudana khichadi a day before and she actually got it . very humble staff . but most important is to mention the owner and his son . i forgot their names , they were present every morning during breakfast and used to ensure that we are being taken care well . strongly reccommend this property even better than other big brands .

The breakfast spread was fantastic. The entire crew of the restaurant was so warm and friendly in their demeanor. Hats off to the Chef who was always obliging to my children's out of menu requests.The promoters were out of this world and so approachable. Every interaction with them made us realise this enterprise of theirs was more than just a business set up, for them it was an ever growing family. We arrived as guests and left as family.

What I didnt like is that the holiday ended and we had to go back :) Wish we could have stayed there longer.

Overall, I must say that while the breakfast food was a fresh and tasty, the attentive staff truly made the stay wonderful. Throughout my visit, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were well looked after. It was evident that they took pride in their work and genuinely cared about providing excellent service to their customers. One highlight of our visit was the opportunity to interact with the owner, who made it a point to visit our table every day and engage us in friendly conversation. This personal touch added a special touch to our dining experience and made us feel valued as guests. Additionally, I must commend the chef for their culinary skills, the chef demonstrated great talent and creativity. In fact, they even offered my family and me a cooking lesson, which we thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated. The rooms villa and pool was wonderful, the exceptional service provided by your staff and the memorable interactions with the owner and chef truly made our visit a memorable one. Our stay at Seashell Suites and Villas was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Everything was perfectly organized — starting with the detailed guidelines on how to get to the hotel, to arranging a reliable driver and a smooth check-in experience with a refreshing welcome mango juice. A big thank you to Sangram, our driver, who was punctual, friendly, and shared so many fascinating insights about local life, Goan history, and hidden gems along the way. Also, a warm thank you to Vittu, Sangram’s brother, for driving us around during our stay — both made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a spotless, with super comfortable beds and pillows, and all necessary sanitizers and amenities thoughtfully provided. The surrounding park area is simply beautiful — peaceful greenery, three swimming pools, and an amazing restaurant with an exceptional team that made us feel right at home. Every single staff member was kind, attentive, and always ready to help. A very special mention goes to Chef Nitin, who turned every meal into a true work of art. The lobster he prepared for us — freshly picked from the market that morning — was absolutely delicious and unforgettable! We highly recommend Seashell Suites and Villas to anyone visiting this region. It truly exceeded our expectations. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make our stay romantic, comfortable, and memorable. And to top it all off, a beautiful, clean beach is just a pleasant five-minute walk away. The first morning at breakfast it was really busy. But then the owner came to our table and apologized. Their was a birthday party and tomorrow it will be more quiet. As a gift he gave us the best chocolate cake that afternoon in our room. Also he said please feel at home, because this is your home and it is not a hotel. Everyone in the hotel is friendly, cleaning staff, staff at the door everyone. Plus this hotel has 3 pools, which are also of a pleasant temperature. The location of the hotel midst all the restaurants is juts perfect. And the ambiance of the hotel feels a bit Caribbean..with the small houses around the pool and lush greenery.

Everything is perfect

The staff was courteous and quick to attend to any needs. The swimming pool was neat and clean. The hotel is right next to the street leading to Candolim beach which was a good plus. The staff arranged everything for us and helped us in whatever was needed. The owners are present at breakfast and are very welcoming and they make sure that you have everything sorted.

The mattress was sagging on the ends. No visitor policy to the room. We had family visiting and were surprised to find out we needed to sign them in. This was later communicated as a policy from the govt of Goa We were specifically asked to meet them in the lobby only but the hotel let them through after signing them up

Amazing, extremely well maintained resort where you can enjoy some peace and quiet time away from bustling Candolim. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and helpful in whatever you need. Good breakfast buffet that is open till 11am. There are 3 pools with good beds and a nice terrace at the villa. Couldn’t have wished for anything more, the stay was amazing!

The shower has low water pressure and temperature is hard to manage, either too hot or too cold. There is a big kitchen in the villa but no plates and cutlery.

OK, this was an absolute highlight of my three-week stay in Goa. You don't often see a 9.6-rated property with 600+ reviews on booking, but this place undoubtedly deserves it. The staff is like a 20 out of 10 rating. It can't get any better unless you are a Pharaoh of ancient Egypt. I was working remotely during my stay in the hotel, the room was so big and comfy that I felt like at home, literally stayed inside for a few days and just enjoyed the comfort. There are also good restaurants nearby (like 50 meters) if you want to stay late. I'm planning to come with my family of three kids and book their villas, got a quick tour, big thanks to the lovely lady who took me there and showed me around. Regarding food, I usually get some buffet food for breakfast and then ask to make their custom dosa with masala and cheese - delicious. I also got Goan fish curry for lunch, which was great.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife in mid January 2025. We have stayed in lots of other places in Goa and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. On arrival we were met by friendly helpful staff on reception; check-in was effortless. Our room on the 4th floor was larger than we expected, spotlessly clean, well furnished (huge comfortable bed, sofa, desk, large fridge) and had a balcony overlooking 2 of the hotel's pools and provided a side sea view. The bathroom was equally well equipped with a great shower. Lots of free drinking water provided on a daily basis and we were provided with a complimentary cake left in our fridge at the end of our first day. Breakfast was exceptional with a full range of cooked to order food available (egs, bacon, dosas etc) and a very good buffet serving Indian and European food - the best hotel breakfast we have had in Goa. Again, the staff in the restaurant are excellent and you will get a personal hello from the hotel manager/chef/hotel owner at every visit to the restaurant. There are 3 spotless pools, in well manicured gardens, each with their own sun-beds and the main pool has a pool-side bar. We also visited the rooftop bar/restaurant on an evening. It's primarily a rooftop restaurant but we only had drinks and there was no problem with this. The rooftop is a very pleasant place to while away an evening hour or two overlooking Candolim. It was wife's birthday whilst we stayed and the hotel presented her with a personalised birthday cake and a round of 'Happy Birthday' from literally all the restaurant staff - a very nice touch. This is the only place I would now stay when in Candolim.

Great location. Very clean and staff all extremely attentive and friendly.Rooms are huge with everything you need and very clean. Standards are very high which I would expect from a hotel in this price bracket. Great breakfast and we were made to feel at home. The owner is a lovely man who likes to chat to everyone at breakfast. Restaurant and bar prices were very good for a more upmarket hotel. Loved our stay and would definately stay again.

Lack of sunbeds around the pools was an issue sometimes and service could be a little slow for drinks etc. We were kept awake one night until the early hours when it sounded like a party was going on in the room next door. Restaurant is underused which is a shame as the chef is lovely and the food is good with a good choice of all cuisines.
