Great location with excellent room service. The room was little disappointment as the toilet area was always flooded. The bed was little shaky and the view from room wasn't that appealing.

The toilet in the room, view from the room and the Air condition. The breakfast was very simple and plain. Need more choices for breakfast. The water was coming out from the bathing area from the room.

Water from shower leaks into wash basin area. Should fix that.

Silver sands Serenity, is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Candolim, it was close enough to the beach and the local bars nearby our room we stayed in was quiet and the bed was so comfy. The reception stuff once I gave my surname knew my first name which they were well up to speed and we’re expecting me.

The rooms were silent, neat and clean with all amenities. The view in the front facing rooms is good. Breakfast was basic but staff was courteous & flexible with timing. It has a well equipped gym. The receptionist MS TEJA is quite co-operative.

The chlorine content in the pool seemed more, also since its a roof top infitiny pool they can cover it with shed.

Room was lovely and cleaned every day by lovely staff. Really helpful staff overall. Rooftop pool was really nice with great views.

A few more umbrellas in the pool area would have been good.

Breakfast was good, thought we had breakfast included The head waiter at breakfast was very helpful for all our needs

Front office staff was so rude

We had booked the property by just seeing a couple of videos and trusting our own instinct but in the end it turned out to be a great decision. Our overall experience of the property was very satisfying, we had come there to spend some peaceful time and that is what we exactly got. There was no interference by the housekeeping staff regarding cleaning of the room they used to wait till we went out at times as late as 3pm. The breakfast layout was also good catering to mostly everyone. The staff helping with breakfast was excellent. The property being close but not so close to the beach also went in our favour as we could walk to and back from the beach at our convienence. Thank you Silver Sands Serenity for a wonderful stay.

It is quite difficult to point out anything that we didn't like . The one thing that definitely needs your attention is to station someone at the swimming pool as there were people not following the pool protocol, no costume, cleaning up their muddy legs in the wash area at the swimming pool (thankfully it was there only and not inside the pool) or trying to dive, so that definitely needs your attention.
