The best part of the resort is it's location , for obvious reasons that it's just few metres away from the beach. You can always walk , go to beach , have fun , drink up and come back walking without worrying about commuting . It's located at candolim beach which I feel is by far the most peaceful beach in North Goa. We had an amazing time as a couple. Visited for 5N and 6D in Delux room during April last week. (It was pretty hot) . The delux room is a little expensive, but trust me it's worth it. Very well maintained and spacious. You also get a rented vehicle right in front of the resort, which makes another add on point. The entire staff is very generous and everyone greets you with a smile and answer any questions patiently. Specially the team who serves the complimentary breakfast in the morning. They have all the patience in this world. Last but not the least, we booked this resort due to location and also due to all the other comments mentioned about Mr.Raj - The hotel manager. He provides your stay a personal touch. Ready to assist you when ever and what ever you need! Suggest you with good and safe places to visit around Goa. Save you from cheats and guide you with all the honesty. So Kudos to him and his entire team who made our stay amazing . I definitely have a resort now to book blindly for my next visit and also to suggest to others.

Great location with short walk to the beach or the main road. Two balconies and good TV. Large spacious room and modern shower and toilet. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and pleasant

I don't understand why they ask for a deposit to be paid in advance and full payment instead of using the details already loaded on booking.com

The location and the personalized care provided by Mr. Raj, the manager of the property were the best part of my stay.. Rooms are decent sized, clean and well ventilated. It's a smallish resort with rooms scattered in two floors and a small swimming pool to beat the heat. Food from restaurant is tasty though not extensive. Their in house Bistro was also also shut as most staff had gone for leaves. We enjoyed our stay there. I speak on behalf of the entire family group of 9.

The breakfast was measly to say the least. Expected more variety. No juices was a big surprise. No intercom also

The layout and location of hotel are great for the cost. I had a ground level room with a verandah right next to the pool which was very convenient. The open air restaurant was pleasant for breakfast as well.

It looked like my room wasn't available for two nights, and I was prepared to move on but fortunately the manager sorted the issue and I'm glad I stayed.

The resort is not very big or with fancy amenities but it's location is great, just 100 mtrs from beautiful beach, very close to market where one can go shopping, enjoy evening at coffee shop, go clubbing, hire 2 wheeler and explore Goa. So everything one need is right at your doorstep. The food is absolutely amazing at the resort. Trust me... you don't need to go out for food infact just eat at the resort. Mr. Ranjeet the head chef will serve finger licking food and desert. The staff is very polite, well mannered and helping. And best part about staying here is Mr. RAJ who is the General Manager here who is very friendly, very helping, attentive to all your needs. He makes your stay very pleasant and make all his guest feel special. I definitely can't wait to visit this place again soon.... cheers...!!!

The hotel was very clean, complimentary breakfast was good. Candolim beach is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The area has nice shops, tour agencies, excellent restaurants. Dabolim airport is only 1 hour drive from the hotel. The hotel staffs were super helpful, the hotel's food was delicious and price was reasonable. The hotel is located very close to the quieter and scenic part of Candolim beach.

The only problem I faced was wi-fi connection in the room. I had an important office meeting which I had to postpone. The reception area had good wi-fi connection.

The room was big and clean with all basic equipment like cupboard, fridge, water heater, balcony etc. Bathroom was nice big and clean.

We were given the very side room which had a direct view of the dumpster, I mean normally it would be ok but given that when we checked in many good rooms were available on the pool side we could have been allocated those. Also the complimentary breakfast needs to be improved, they should add some juice, baked beans, egg option etc.

Location was real close to the Candolim beach, and the property itself is quite spacious, the overall resort experience is fulfilled by this property.

All things were at the par, but the breakfast menu needs to be upgraded, would be great if they can few more things to make it more European rather than north-y.. Overall, the breakfast was quite healthy.
