Hotel was nice and clean. It had all required facilities.

Roof top swimming pool had folks with alcohol and commenting on couples. If hotel wants family to stay they need to strictly prohibit alcohol near pool side.

The location was excellent, very close to candolim beach and easy to get taxis to anywhere in north Goa. Was very close to the Main Street in candolim where there were plenty of places to eat and drink during the day and in the evening. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and quiet - we had the pool to ourselves every time we used it. We had breakfast every day from the hotel, there was a nice variety of food each morning and the selection of food changed slightly each day. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the wifi and air con both worked well

The view from the balcony could have been better - we were overlooking a half built building. Although this didn't impact our stay since we didn't need to use the balcony whilst there

The location in Candolim just off Aguada-Siolim Road was very good. Nice to sit in the outside space for breakfast, staff were extremely helpful and the rooms very modern and comfortable.

Had a balcony room but couldn’t really sit out due to building work being carried out opposite, didn’t spoil our stay. Pool area was very good but could benefit from a couple of sun umbrellas.

The staff were lovely - very friendly and happy to help - they showed me 2 room which were available and helped to arrange taxis to the airport. The food was really good I had the Goan king fish curry. The room was very clean - had a really comfortable bed, aircon worked very well.

Everything about the property was great. Amazing options for breakfast there. Their food is exceptional. The staff was also very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend it.

They’re a bit costly but given the location it was worth it. Near the beach but not too crowdy.

Rooms with balcony were spacious and clean. Food was good. We enjoyed the roof top swimming pool with sea view. Staff were polite and everything was perfect. A special thanks to Koustubh and his staff at the restaurant for hospitality and fulfilling all the request.

Parking space is less and could be improved.

Location great, rooms are comfortable and clean, I loved the spacious bathrooms. Good value for money.

Sea view is not exactly sea view but a thin strip of ocean over the wide stretch houses. Kitchen can do better but overall it's acceptable.

Research videos are misleading. It looks like two hotel images to be shown as one hotel .

Staffs were polite and helpful. Hotel was clean and breakfast was really good.

parking facility was not good. The place of parking was too dirty.

Courtesy of staff Food was good Biryani, Butter Chicken, Chicken Lollipop and Noodles were amazing. Got auto upgrade on the room from Deluxe to Suite.

Breakfast options were less. They should provide their own pickup and drop facility.
