Awesome hotel! The staff is outstanding! Everyone is wear a permanet smile! They go above and beyond to make sure you that you comfortable on all levels! The dining staff is very attentive and caring. As a solo traveller most place make you feel less than but this hotel don't care what so ever! The hostess Sohini at dining room derverse to be recoginzed for her excellent people skills. She is rare gem who is passionate about her job. She takes pride inmaking feel right home. The manager Varun was very helpful as well, as I had a small issue with my wifi and it was promtly resolved. As for the front desk Dina, is another rare gem as well. She is ountsnding, her people skills are top notch! She assisted me with my check-in. She was fast very help and purpose driven. She even took the time to see if everything was okay the next day. Very small hiccup, I asked for a bottle of water and was question if there wasn't at the coffee station. I obiviously looked around before asking, its good to double check with the customer: but one needs not to question the customer serval times. Overall the staff makes this "the hotel of choice!"

I wish they provide some help with local tours.

The staff are super friendly & attending. The location is nice, about ten minutes walk to a very clean & nice beach. There are nice shops for souvenirs & beach wear in 5 minutes walk. & there are very nice restaurants nearby. They upgraded our room free of charge to the newly built part of the hotel. My personal advice, try Mickey's place at the weekend if you have time.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety, but mostly local. Although, the omelette station will provide you with anything you want. There are not many juices to choose from. If you need coffee or English breakfast tea, you can easily ask for it.

The staff, room quality, room size and location are all worth mentioning here. Staff in the restaurant per say are very nice. They are attentive to your needs and want to ensure a comfortable stay. Breakfast spread is good. They also have a good mix of healthy options. Good pool.

Check in was very average. They had almost forgotten that we gave them our IDs. We kept waiting whilst they went on to attend other guests. They lack coordination at front desk. Check out was smooth as their was no one else checking out except us.

Excellent breakfast spread - attentive and polite staff in breakfast area. Room was perfect - good size, clean and again - very attentive & polite staff Pool - did not use it - but looked good. Staff was Excellent - right from check-in onwards, everyone I interacted with were A+ If we end up again in Goa - I would choose to stay here.

Had difficulty with channels on TV. Could not get IPL - English commentary. IPL - Hindi was available. Not a dealbreaker, but something to improve

Location was good near to the beach, breakfast spread was good, room were adequate size and pool was nice. Overall comfortable stay with family. Enjoyed the hospitality. Staff was very supportive for family requirements and helped with early check-in.

Overall Good. Some more activities can be planned by hotel for the guest and kids as afternoons are free and more activity will help them engage more.

The property was very good most importantly the staff members made a real difference, My apologies that I couldn't remember all the names of Valency who led his team, Ajay and Sandeep throughout breakfast lunch and dinner valency and his team looked after my 16-month-old, very thoughtful. Prashant the Housekeeping manager was a terrific very polite and helpful gentleman. Prashant your team is great and works clockwise which is great. The Front Office team was again very helpful and Manager Varun who led his team of Dina who was in the lobby was very helpful Geeta at reception and all the night team at reception was very helpful again

The Food was amazing . Chef Saurav, Krishna prepared some amazing stuff on request , even though it was not on the Menu . The breakfast spread was very LAVISH . Though the hotel was full, but all the staff were very prompt , responded immediately and yes with A BIG SMILE.

Eveything was working fine .. so nothing to suggest as of now .

The rooms are clean and a very good size. The pool area is great and the pool bar staff are very attentive. The breakfast is fairly standard but the restaurant meals are very good.

The check-in process was slow and painful. They charged a card for the booking in advance (which was good) but then needed the same card again (which I was not carrying). They then reversed the original charge (which I am still waiting on) and charged the card I had. The card machine was often down and they do not inspire any confidence.

The staff service was excellent and cooperative. They ensured our comfort at all times Especially Dina, front desk. Breakfast spread was great

There was some disturbances- like doors slapping which could be heard early morning. Doors aren't exactly sound-proof. That was the only aspect that could be improved. The room size and bed was comfortable for 3 Adults

Lovely place, clean spacious rooms, well lit, good views, great location, very tasty breakfast spread, nice restaurant with surprisingly reasonable prices, and very courteous staff across the board.

Maybe the main pool could have been a little deeper on the shallow side with a separate children pool. But this is just nit picking.
