The breakfast spread was good and quality nice. The rooms were spacious. The hotel is near to the beach.

Excellent property neat and clean, best staff i have see so far in goa. They take care of every small thing once you check in leave the hassle and enjoy your stay. Everyone was so polite and courteous. I will definately visit this property again specially good for families. Beach is just 2 min walk from the property so no hassle of parking at the beaches.

I think the location from there car parking to suites room near the pool is a bit far there should be a place for parking available near the pool rooms. But that walk was totally worth everytime, No one minds burning few extra calories. :)

Excellent value for money. Spacious and clean rooms. Amazing location just steps from a quiet beach. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Breakfast had a good spread with both traditional and English options. We stayed as a large group and the staff made sure we got rooms close to each other. Calamari Shack right next door was a bonus.

Reception was generally fine but did not confirm our late checkout request until an hour before actual checkout. A simple and polite no would have helped us plan better. Housekeeping was rude over the phone and that left a poor impression.

Resort is very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast has something for everyone. Lovely pool area and large well maintained gardens. The very efficient cleaners seemd happy and nothing was too much trouble. The pool barman recommended a number of places to visit and dine at and none disaapointed. The resort exits to a car park adjacent to the beach and they also provide towels for the beach.

Arriving early morning we were unable to book from the previous night so had to wait until lunch time before we could check in. Tea and coffee was available and we had breakfast whilst waiting.

The location is perfect. very clean and well maintained property. The staff was excellent. The gardens and water features are aesthetically located. The beach access is very good the beach shack, Calamari is excellent. Santana is the place to be in Goa. Secluded enough to enjoy a peaceful stay and the lovely beach and ocean , yet walking distance from many restaurants, bars, clubs stores etc.

Excellent value for money. We stayed at the suite named Fort Mormugoa. It was very spacious and comfortable for us a family of four.The buffet breakfast had very good variety for all palates. We loved the direct beach access through the beautiful property. We enjoyed the pool. Location is close by to lots of interesting tourist spots. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good , so really can't complain.

Very cute hotel. Basic rooms, but big, most with balcony and have a kitchen. big fridge, which is convenient. The photos don't convey how nice the hotel is, how cozy it is and what a pleasant area it has. I liked the atmosphere and everyone was cool, both at the reception and at the bar. the beach is nearby and there is a very tasty restaurant Calmari. and there is a discount from the hotel. there is a pedestrian street with shops and temples nearby

I loved the location, atmosphere, the greenery. It is just like on the photos - the cute blue and white 2-floor houses. It is just 2m away from to the beach - it has its own entrance to the beach. Close to the street with shops, restaurants, scooter rental. It was smart to get a room with a pool view to enjoy the nice view of coconut trees and the water. Great staff - we had the room prepared with a double bed, and asked if we could have twin beds - the staff divided the bed right away and the beds were comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean. There was air conditioner and a fan in the room.

The location of the hotel is perfect .And it has a old cottage style feel which is great. The rooms have a nice feel and an extra bed had already been placed as per our request out which was great.This was our 2nd time stay as our first time was perfect.Its a 1min walk from beach and has so many cafes around and market nearby for quick shopping

The breakfast spread could have been better.

Breakfast good. Variety of options. Staff helpful and understood English. Swimming Pool and bar was good. Closeness to beach and other pricy nand neat restraunts. The simple garden had relaxing places, separate huts. Safe sourroundings. Beach nearby was really good for play and long walk. short walk to main street to access Misc. things. Close to rent scotters and reasonable prices taxi for day travel to places. Bathroom clean!

The Bookings.com price didnt include tax which got added and came as a surprise! The front desk couldn't provide info on what places to see around and how to organize the day for sight seeing and travel. There should be info sheets prepared and available to better inform guests.
