Breakfast spread was not super extensive like some other places, however they would get anything we wanted upon asking.Food was of top quality.Huge pool.Staff were extremely professional.Even in the middle of the night when my son threw up on the bed their staff( I don't remember his name sadly)came for cleaning within a few minutes of us calling for room service.Close to Candolim main road but you need to walk some distance to the beach.Suggest to go for the premium rooms as the deluxe rooms have not been renovated yet.Great value for money.

Few things here and there not really of significance to mention.During breakfast during peak times they tend to forget which table the order was placed.Best to have a system where the customer himself places the order at the counter and they note it and then the staff gets it to the table .They need to put up a sign on the main road as it's easy to miss the road leading to the hotel.

The property is very well maintained and quite charming, though some signs of aging are noticeable. The breakfast spread was extensive and varied daily, with a dedicated section for Goan specialties that added a lovely local touch. We also dined at the Italian restaurant and tried the pizza, pasta, and risotto—all of which were excellent and did not disappoint. The pool was clean and well maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere. What truly stood out, however, was the staff—their attentiveness and warm hospitality made our stay exceptional. The spa was another highlight, offering an amazing experience at very reasonable prices. It's a good place to chill and relax with your family.

The kids play area could be bigger with more things to play with. The welcome beer was possibly the worst we've had.

The hotel is set a little back from the main road but within easy walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. The food at the hotel was excellent and tasty and was testament to Sanjoy’s never ending desire for excellence not only on the drinks and food side of his business but also in getting to know his customers and making sure that they have a wonderful stay. The breakfast was a masterpiece of choice and we had some fantastic Italian food. We had a few hiccups along the way but Sanjoy was there to help resolve. Mikki the front desk manager was a smiley face with excellent customer interaction skills and understanding and he really did make our stay so special. Also shout outs to the pool attendant, Ruth, Hizzam and Seaol the barman extraordinaire and the guys at the door and gate who made sure we were safe. The pool was perfect, the sunbeds comfortable, the seating areas well ventilated gardens well tended and the whole place so so clean and tidy

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and 5 days.Our stay was comfortable.Room is dated but the airconditioner and cleanliness made up for it.Food is a bit on the expensive side but tasty and quality and quantity of food is good.Swimming pool is good too.Staff is very helpful and cooperative.We did have a few hiccups during our stay but the staff proactively solved those issues.Staff is always ready to help and at your service.If u stay at this property you do get a glimpse of taj hospitality.They never say no for anything and always try to accommodate the guests requests.They even gave me the recipe of my favorite mocktail proactively at the Canterbury bar so that I could make it back home.Overall if you want to stay in North goa then you can easily pick this property for a comfortable stay.Also just outside the hotel there is a bike and car rental.Special mention of sanjeev and navanita(Reception),hemant( trattoria),Canterbury bar staff, maintenance staff,housekeeping staff and the gate security staff for making our stay comfortable.Highly recommended and will visit again.

Lovely homeley personal service hotel. Great location close to beach etc, but a little off the main road. Staff went out of their way to fix issues and help, but sometimes had to chase more than once.

Rooms are a little dated, my room was close to the restaurant and the music would start quite early in the morning and wake me up, but when I called to ask them to turn it down, they would do so (until around 7.30). Had some issues with tv / AC/ phone, but they did fix it when we reported it each time. Not very disabled friendly due to ramps but close to amenities and my elderly father had a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was good. Room was very nice spacious and had very good area to keep suitcase and I loved the settee next to the bed for comfortable sitting. The lighting was also very good.

The bathroom- could have had better amenities- the shampoo and conditioner could be better ( the bottles were hard- the liquid was not easy to take out) the soap was not soapy- so not good for cleaning hands. Yu could also provide showers caps. the circulation in bathroom was not good- pls address this- as toilet smell remains in the bathroom for long

We stayed at this property in Goa in early January and had a great experience overall! The staff were truly amazing, going out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome—top-notch service! The property itself is newly renovated and clean, which we really appreciated. However, the gym, spa, and some other facilities were still closed during our visit, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite that, it’s a lovely place, and we’d consider returning once everything is up and running..

Was not fully operational when we visited

Fabulous hotel. Staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Special mention to the housekeeping staff who would leave surprising and delightful touches (like elephants made out of towels) to add that bit of extra. Also the dining staff is fabulous and the breakfast buffet extensive and delicious. All in all a wonderful stay.

The property is newly taken over from Raddison by IHCL(Taj brand). Which says everything, the hospitality, staff, food, rooms, amenities all things are upto the Taj standards. I would highly recommend the stay here. The property is in heart of Candolim. Beach is just 5mins walk.

Nothing as such. The property is still not fully operational as it is just been a month (Nov2024) it is started. So some areas are still under renovation.

The staff was very helpful & supportive. Food was also very delicious & lot of variety in breakfast buffet. My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool & kids play area as well.

There could be couple of entertainment options like billiards, table tennis for adults as well. Although property is very close to couple of beaches & they provide one way shuttle to nearest beach but private access to beach is something that excites travellers
