Great staff! Our concierge Debabrat and Maira were very good! The property is well located and swimming pool was clean.

The room service was very bad. They didn’t change the sheets just dusted it and swapped the sides. There was a lipstick stain on the bedsheet when we received the room and with every room cleaning we requested we just noticed it shifted to different location on bed. They only have 2 towels which is not sufficient at all. The spa massages were good but interrupted multiple times. 5 times interrupted in a 60 minute massage. Lots of room for improvement.

Setting, Staff (Aman, Maira, Sandeep) who were exceptional. Hotel was perfect and location excellent with lots of restaurants nearby top choose from.

Upon arrival I was told that because I did my reservation with Booking.com and chose the basic option I was located on the top (3rd) floor(no lift). The latter was bothersome because given my health condition (back issues) I would have preferred somethign based on my needs rather than discriminating against a Booking.com reservation. (BTW I was told this at the check-in counter (and it was already 2h30am which was most inconvenient.

We had a lovely stay at the Raddison Park Inn , staff were hard working . we had to change rooms because the bathroom ceiling was too low for my partner and continually cut his head. so they did oblige , the room we moved to was on the ground floor so much better , but the balcony we couldn’t sit on due to overgrowth leaves plants etc., an so if we did put washing out Mossi came in ! which was a shame as partner got bitten quite a bit. breakfast staff worked so hard. also the. boys taking the luggage back and fourth. and the cleaners couldn’t fault. we took water out to the pool which was left in our room daily, obviously to hydrate , but was told by bar person not allowed to bring your drink to the pool. which i found quite unfair when you watched others from the same origin bringing there own alcohol to the pool! and nothing being said. i thought this got a lot of english upset and they then went off to the beach instead of being by the pool , this has to be a rule for all if its going to be in place . A shout out to Maria on reception who was very pleasant and sorted our room

I am British. Breakfast was buffet Indian type breakfast which was really nice, the staff asked me if I wanted bacon and beans (which was not part of the breakfast). The cold coffee was so nice. Staff were really friendly. The restaurant was really nice, good menu, good price. I had a nice steak, mash and veggies and a beer and cost £8.21. I also order a medium curry and it was far too hot so they cooked me butter chicken and a garlic naan complimentary. Maira arranged for a sandwich pack and juice when I was leaving for the airport which was really kind. thanks you 😊 had a great stay. The rooms are really comfy and tidy. Complimentary water and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/face cream/lotions etc. nice place. It’s a good 15 Minute walk from Cardolim Beach. 🏖️

The accommodation was splendid. I especially loved the pool and its jungle surroundings. It’s the perfect place to relax. We also had a lovely view from our room, although it wasn’t overlooking the pool. The breakfast had a wide selection and the staff were very friendly and kind. Overall the food we ordered at the hotel was very delicious. Another advantage was the proximity to the beautiful beach and the lovely surroundings with great restaurants offering live music. The place had a really special vibe. I’ll never forget our first night there when we arrived, I was genuinely taken aback by how beautiful everything was. It just made a strong impression right from the start.

The only downside was the spa experience. There was some confusion in communication between the reception and the spa staff, along with strange issues regarding deposits and discounts. These weren’t handled very well, which was a shame – especially for something like a spa experience that’s supposed to be stress-free.

I would like to especially commend the entire team for their excellent service during our stay. In particular, Debabrata deserves a special mention for his outstanding assistance and genuine care for the guests. His attentiveness and dedication truly made a difference. My son was exceptionally well looked after, with thoughtful attention given to his dietary needs and overall comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean, the pool was well-maintained, and the food quality was fair and satisfactory. Overall, the experience was very positive, thanks to the professionalism and warmth of the staff.

Wonderful Stay at Park Inn by Radisson, Goa, Candolim From the moment we arrived at Park Inn by Radisson, Candolim, we felt truly welcomed. The staff greeted us with a refreshing and delicious lemonade, which was much needed after our journey. As a thoughtful touch, they also gave us a small welcome gift—such a lovely gesture that set the tone for our stay! Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The housekeeping staff ensured everything remained spotless throughout our stay. The balcony was a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing. Service & Staff: The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone made an effort to provide excellent service. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the concierge offered helpful recommendations. Food & Dining: The on-site restaurant served delicious food, offering a great mix of Goan, Indian, and continental dishes. The breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh and flavorful options to start the day. Location: The hotel is ideally located near Candolim Beach, making it easy to explore the area. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance, yet the hotel remains a peaceful retreat. Facilities: The swimming pool was well-maintained, providing a great spot to relax.

Mr Debrata and Maira were alloted to us. Both were exceptional, very friendly, humble and cooperative. They made our stay more memorable. Our flight was at 9 am. They Infact ensure breakfast was arranged before time. Especially Debrata used to visit us regularly to know everything is comfortable. We are very happy with the services and highly recommend for others as well. One must also try their Rogan Josh and Lal mansh with butter garlic. The kitchen staff is too good

🌟 Excellent Service & Honest Guidance! 🌟 We had such a lovely experience with Deb & Maira. Their response was quick, very helpful, and they went out of their way to guide us. I would strongly recommend taking their advice when traveling with Inn Goa, especially for activities outside of the hotel. In Goa, there are unfortunately lots of frauds and scams with watersports and cruises — but Deb and Maira are truly professional, trustworthy, and caring. Thanks to them, we felt safe and well looked after. Highly recommended!

It’s good Only things pool it’s warm or hot something .

Hotel was clean and well maintained, staff were always very friendly and helpful, especially Maira and Debabrata, who always went the extra mile to help with any queries.

1. The service in the poolside bar was quite slow, when ordering food. 2. Our flight home was late evening and we had to be out of our room for 12. I tried to buy a late check out but was told this wasn’t possible as the hotel was fully booked, yet rooms were available on booking.com? Our friends actually bought a room for an extra night after being told by reception staff that the hotel was fully booked. 3. No adequate shower facilities to clean yourself before leaving on your last day. There was a shower around the pool, but there was no door on it, so cleaning yourself properly was not possible. These are all minor things and I would both recommend this hotel to others, and also stay there again myself
