Great staff! Our concierge Debabrat and Maira were very good! The property is well located and swimming pool was clean.

The room service was very bad. They didn’t change the sheets just dusted it and swapped the sides. There was a lipstick stain on the bedsheet when we received the room and with every room cleaning we requested we just noticed it shifted to different location on bed. They only have 2 towels which is not sufficient at all. The spa massages were good but interrupted multiple times. 5 times interrupted in a 60 minute massage. Lots of room for improvement.

Setting, Staff (Aman, Maira, Sandeep) who were exceptional. Hotel was perfect and location excellent with lots of restaurants nearby top choose from.

Upon arrival I was told that because I did my reservation with Booking.com and chose the basic option I was located on the top (3rd) floor(no lift). The latter was bothersome because given my health condition (back issues) I would have preferred somethign based on my needs rather than discriminating against a Booking.com reservation. (BTW I was told this at the check-in counter (and it was already 2h30am which was most inconvenient.

We had a lovely stay at the Raddison Park Inn , staff were hard working . we had to change rooms because the bathroom ceiling was too low for my partner and continually cut his head. so they did oblige , the room we moved to was on the ground floor so much better , but the balcony we couldn’t sit on due to overgrowth leaves plants etc., an so if we did put washing out Mossi came in ! which was a shame as partner got bitten quite a bit. breakfast staff worked so hard. also the. boys taking the luggage back and fourth. and the cleaners couldn’t fault. we took water out to the pool which was left in our room daily, obviously to hydrate , but was told by bar person not allowed to bring your drink to the pool. which i found quite unfair when you watched others from the same origin bringing there own alcohol to the pool! and nothing being said. i thought this got a lot of english upset and they then went off to the beach instead of being by the pool , this has to be a rule for all if its going to be in place . The accommodation was splendid. I especially loved the pool and its jungle surroundings. It’s the perfect place to relax. We also had a lovely view from our room, although it wasn’t overlooking the pool. The breakfast had a wide selection and the staff were very friendly and kind. Overall the food we ordered at the hotel was very delicious. Another advantage was the proximity to the beautiful beach and the lovely surroundings with great restaurants offering live music. The place had a really special vibe. I’ll never forget our first night there when we arrived, I was genuinely taken aback by how beautiful everything was. It just made a strong impression right from the start.

The only downside was the spa experience. There was some confusion in communication between the reception and the spa staff, along with strange issues regarding deposits and discounts. These weren’t handled very well, which was a shame – especially for something like a spa experience that’s supposed to be stress-free.

Wonderful Stay at Park Inn by Radisson, Goa, Candolim From the moment we arrived at Park Inn by Radisson, Candolim, we felt truly welcomed. The staff greeted us with a refreshing and delicious lemonade, which was much needed after our journey. As a thoughtful touch, they also gave us a small welcome gift—such a lovely gesture that set the tone for our stay! Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The housekeeping staff ensured everything remained spotless throughout our stay. The balcony was a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing. Service & Staff: The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone made an effort to provide excellent service. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the concierge offered helpful recommendations. Food & Dining: The on-site restaurant served delicious food, offering a great mix of Goan, Indian, and continental dishes. The breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh and flavorful options to start the day. Location: The hotel is ideally located near Candolim Beach, making it easy to explore the area. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance, yet the hotel remains a peaceful retreat. Facilities: The swimming pool was well-maintained, providing a great spot to relax.

Hotel was clean and well maintained, staff were always very friendly and helpful, especially Maira and Debabrata, who always went the extra mile to help with any queries.

1. The service in the poolside bar was quite slow, when ordering food. 2. Our flight home was late evening and we had to be out of our room for 12. I tried to buy a late check out but was told this wasn’t possible as the hotel was fully booked, yet rooms were available on booking.com? Our friends actually bought a room for an extra night after being told by reception staff that the hotel was fully booked. 3. No adequate shower facilities to clean yourself before leaving on your last day. There was a shower around the pool, but there was no door on it, so cleaning yourself properly was not possible. These are all minor things and I would both recommend this hotel to others, and also stay there again myself

The property is centrally located with all amenities provided. The breakfast is a huge spread with variety ranging from North and South Indian fare to Continental and local. The Restaurant staff are very courteous and obliging and always with a smile. The Guest Relations Manager Ms. Maira was very caring, concerned and graciously helpful. She helped in organising our Taxis and other personal items. So was the House keeping staff of Saurav and Sagar. They ensured that the room was kept clean and attended to. So was Debrata the attendant at the reception. He was a fund of information and always jovial

We thought that the size of the room could have been a bit larger. It felt a bit cramped, but the view was stupendous.

It was a very pleasant stay. The stuff was very friendly and corteous especially Deb. He helped me out with a train ticket and is an amazing host. Always thinking one step ahead, offering help and options you couldn´t even think about your self. Thanks Deb for making my stay so relaxed and always feeling welcome. It was a pleasure to stay here. The kitchen offered very delicious varieties of local and international food. Fresh fish of the day was outstanding. The pool is clean, not too much chlorine!, and big enough to have a little swim work out. And its a great option to have some refreshing in the monsoon time, when the ocean is too dangerous to swim. Located close to the main road, you reach everything you need by walk and still its quite and chilling. Would definatelly recommend.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful — Maira, Deb, and the team at reception and reservations, Parthav and housekeeping, Sandeep and the restaurant staff, and even the maintenance team, like Ashok at the pool, were all courteous, attentive, and friendly. They made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The pool area and breakfast buffet were fantastic!

The only letdown was the gym. It’s very small, feels crowded with just one person, and the machines are rusty and poorly maintained. It’s so bad that the property should take it off their amenities list. It’s a safety risk! Besides this one issue, we loved our stay, especially the service, location, and food!

Very friendly staff 👍. A big thank you to Debabrata, his help was just amazing. Thank you to all the guys at the hotel restaurant, and Myra was very kind. Park Inn Candolim has a small pool, breakfast was good, we also tried dinners at the hotel, it was nice, the room was good, the overall impression of the hotel is comfortable and cozy. The hotel is in the center of Candolim, good location, we walked around the shops, cafes, restaurants near the hotel and of course to the beach. We had a good time on the beach, White Horse Shake, Teenweere and Sam were very friendly. The sea and sand were great, but in the sea there were decent waves sometimes. Nice relaxed atmosphere on the beach, dogs on the beach also helped to create it - Moona, Disco, etc. 😄 In general, all people are very friendly in Goa and in India 👍👏😍
