The apartments are really well maintained, very spacious and comfortable. WiFi connectivity is excellent. The receptionist was very helpful and there was excellent communications both before and during arrival at the property. Pricilla went the extra mile to ensure all our requests had been met. House keeping were very polite and courteous. If you are looking for clean, affordable apartment in the Donna Paula area of Goa, you can't go wrong with this one. The main harbour and beaches were a 15 to 20 minute walk, and there are a variety of restaurants to choose from, but if you don't fancy the short walk, the Burger Factory situated at the apartments is a must try. The burgers are amazing value for money and of a generous portion, one burger sufficient for 2 adults. Furthermore, the apartments are close to an ATM and a well stocked supermarket. The only downside to this apartment is access to a reliable taxi service, if you need to order a taxi please allow for them to be 30 minutes or so late. Top tip, request a taxi at least 30 minutes before your planned departure time!

Stayed 7 nights. Very well designed apartment with bed area, nice table and sofa area, kitchenet with everything required and bathroom. Modern, comfortable, clean. Attentive staff. Good services nearby: ATM, supermarket, restaurants (segundo bairro rest. is a must). A good motorway type road just outside makes it easy to travel all over Goa. Noise is minimal and not a problem.

Liked everything

The location is great, right on a main street but not too noisy, with a side entrance. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping and security, is friendly and helpful. I love Indian food BUT for some other American travelers, the attached burger restaurant is outstanding. GET THE ZUCCHINI FRIES.

Let me just say it's NOT THEIR FAULT ... but as of now, be prepared to make local travel plans without using Uber. Ask at the front desk about taxi tie-ins or options, though. I accidentally found a driver willing to be on call for my time in the city, but no promises.

The room was big and neat. It had basic essentials of toiletries and even a small kitchen with water filter and induction stove. Some basic cutlery and crockery were also available.

Villa Donna is more of a service apartment. There is no catering available. One has to walk down to the Burger Factory or the restaurant on the opposite side.

The location was ideal. It’s a nice stay with basic facilities and we had no complaints. The staff and team were helpful and kind.

There was no breakfast included considering it was service apartment. But for the price may be they could start the facility

The rooms are large with a kitchenette and a high ceiling. Loved the comfortable king size bed. Had a large mirror in the room. Receptionist Priscilla and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The lobby is comfortable but small.

The value for money was great. The facilities in the room including the bed, table and chairs as well as a little sofa were all excellent. The bathroom was more than big enough.

The noise coming from the road during the night wasn't great. It seems like there should be some noise control measure, either blinds or some sound proofing.

Excellent property in a calm residential location but still with really good restaurants around. They have contacts for everything so we didn’t need to worry at all.

The Courtesy of the staff was very good, The lady in the reception was very polite and helpful . The room was clean and spacious . I had a peaceful stay. Will Recommend for sure.

The Hot water and cold water indication in faucet can be checked . I Felt it was in reverse .

The room was cozy and was as shown in the pictures. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The only minor inconvenience was that the smell in the elevator and staircase was pretty bad.
