Overall satisfied the facilities and enjoyed ... Location and room facilities and Breakfast good..

One small dissatisfied your service i booked via booking.com website past 10 years i am using for international hotel booking.. While booking one offer mentioned in the photos and front page of your hotel details its shows from Nov 2024 to Mar 2025 festive offer is going on that one breakfast and one meal free for this booking period whether avail lunch or dinner. When we coming on first day we asked for the festive offer in front desk they refused and said its applicable only booking in official website but its not right actually there is no information in your official site and booking.com website also when booking.. This is totally dissatisfied your service.. Past 34 years i am an employee in one of Tata Group company...

The location was good. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a nice lobby and dining hall. Aknur and staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the massive, cushioned seating area on the side with a wooden board in the middle.

The room was a little small with queen size bed. Although it had a large closet with plenty of hangers for clothes. There were a couple of nice, elevated areas with black slab to keep our suitcases and more.

Excellent Ambiance, Specious Room, Special attention given on Hygiene, cleanliness, extremely courteous staff right from reception, restaurant manager and support staff, room service, Tasty food, Special mention for excellent service: Mr. Tongsin, Mr. Manish, Ms Jayanti and Mr Dipendu and all those worked hard in background to make our stay highly joyous and comfortable... We stayed in Room No 209 during 3rd week of Sep-23.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike..

great for what i required very friendly and room was clean, was not there to stay all day at the hotel which would not be what you would need but did the job for me

pool could have been bigger

Breakfast was good and delicious, however improvements in terms of variety are always open. Staff is very friendly and understanding, during our early morning check out they prepared breakfast for us. This is what unexpected and thanks to the Anjur and Vinesh for making our stay comfortable.

HOTEL ROOMS WAS SPAECIOUS, COMFORTABLE AND WELL MAINTAIN , WE LIKE AND APRECIATE THEM FOR GOOD DAILY CLEANING AND FOOD , NICE CO-OPRATION OF STAFF , HOTEL PREMISES IS IS ALSO GOOD MAINTAIN , SWIMING POOL IS THERE WE ENJOY LOT IN THE POOL,

We had a great experience at the Giger hotel in Dona Paula. We were staying in a comfortable and clean double twin room with all the necessary comforts. The employees were extremely helpful and accommodated all our requests.
