The staff... no second thoughts on this! Each and every member of their team (the reception, housekeeping, restaurant, security, room service, maintenance, everyone) had such warm smiles on their faces at all times. No request was ever too much for them to fulfil! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the property was nicely spaced out and had a relaxing feel about it.

The property has definitely seen better days... there were a few minor concerns about things like the water faucets not having a good force, etc., but these were negligible concerns because it didn't ruin the overall experience. The key thing was, if you reported a concern to the team, they would immediately come and resolve it, or at least attempt to find a solution!

We stayed here 3 years ago. As the location and the whole set up was great we came back. Staff is very friendly. Swimming pool is nice and clean. Restaurants near by are good.

The past 3 years maintenance was poor. It is all a bit on the edge. The price in relation to the basic room quality is too high. You have the feeling you are lucky that you have warm water or that the taps work. The bed is large but basic. Walls outside are covered with green algae. In short: it was ok but will it be ok tomorrow? We have our doubts!!

The resort was calm and had a beautiful ambience The harbour view was awesome .I enjoyed my stay with my family The food and service was excellent .The staff was cooperative .You all are giving your best at your place See you all soon..We really had fun and had a great time .

There is no question of disliking. Every thing was in the proper place.While dinner at the pool and beachside the lights should have been more because it was difficult to read the menu card in dim light when we had our dinner .Even room maintenance timing should have been more at least till 7 PM.

Very helpful and supportive staff, excellent location and mindblowing views from the room as well as from the common areas like the pool. And good sized and reasonably deep pool for an enjoyable swim beneath lush mango trees and overlooking the beach. The almost private beach (with direct access from the property) was an unexpected luxury to have. The view from the room (Harbour view) was simply out of this world, and the balcony from the room was perfectly located to enjoy this view even more up close.

The beach could be better maintained which would have helped us really make the most of this luxury. The bathrooms are a little outdated and small - and was not well stocked - no dental kits, ran out of toilet paper. The rooms also had no provision for getting drinking water other than to buy overpriced bottles from room service or to bring our own bottles. The balcony could be cleaned better (bird droppings and feathers) - we didn't use the balcony because of the bird droppings there

The Indian food was really good. The chefs did a good job with other cuisines as well. In terms of location, it is next to a beach. The beach area is quiet and calm.

The beach area should be cleaned as plastic water bottles and other stuff keeps on washing up. There was an area where lots of garbage was kept. The hotel and the nearby hotels might be dumping their sewage water in the ocean. A foul smell emits every night. Absolutely, unacceptable to pollute the sea for saving on proper sewage systems. The swimming pool could also do with a bit of cleaning. I wanted to swim but refrained from it as it wasn't clean. Plastic water bottles in the room is another thing that needs to go. Refillable water bottles are necessary to be kept now.

Location 11/10. Pick the harbour view rooms if those are available. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is prompt and polite. Fellow guests are decent and it's a family friendly environment. Perhaps one of the best located properties in Panjim. A private beach is a total winner.

Water pressure in the bathroom was a let down. And ants all over the place (partly coz there is so much natural greenery, banana and coconut trees all around). However, when we complained to the front desk, they sent someone within a few minutes to spray insect repellent, hence it's not a big issue.

Great place, amazing staff and the location is perfect for a relaxing holiday! The staff is very friendly and accomodating. One can enjoy the pool and the beach, which is perfect with kids. A big thank you to everyone at O Pescodar for a lovely stay 😊

The hotel is charming and has a lovely swimming pool area with sunbeds that is cosy and not too busy. You can see the small sand beach which just a few steps away. The food is ok, the rooms are nice and clean. Very nice chill and boutique hotel, a few elements are old school but nothing too disturbing. Super nice staff.

A few scratches on the hotels aesthetic, it’s been a while it was redone but it plays into the charm

Good felicities. Beautiful surrounding, courtyard, pool, easy approach to the beautiful beach. Delicious restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good location.

Everything was good, besides internet, that you almost can’t catch in the room. I have asked to fix this problem, they tried, but couldn’t fix it. The water in the bathroom has a little low flow, but not big problem ☺️overall almost perfect place

Fantastic location. Nice hotel with an interesting vibe. Many great staff, both in reception and in restaurant. By the way, great food.

We were disappointed that on the beautiful little beach there was so much rubbish. Maybe it would be worthwhile sending a “rubbish hunter” every day to check it? One more thing worthy considering is replacing the door diving some of the rooms with a proper wall.
