Rooms were lovely. Large and very comfortable beds. Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless every day. The hotel was really pleasant. The smallish gym was well equipped and the clean pool was very welcome after a hot day. The staff were very friendly though not all of them had sufficient English to even answer basic questions. The barman and front desk staff did speak good English, the barman was super friendly and charming. Laundry was done brilliantly same day. I was there for 9 days.

A couple of small problems were not sorted out at first attempt... the kettle broke, it was "fixed" then immediately broke the next time I tried it. The mini bar wasn't re-stocked, and even I asked at main reception, it still wasn't re stocked until I asked a second time. These are small things, and are pretty trivial, but since you asked for negatives, there they are.

Very good staff, house keeping were excellent and quick to assist. We had breakfast and dinner included and staff were excellent always helpful and assisted with choices. Rooms and bathroom clean and well kept. Communal areas were clean. Excellent location next to shops and beach.

I liked everything, check in was quick and easy. Front desk was so kind and helpful and made it easy as it was late. The hotel is making changes such as walkways being renewed but no issues for us. Suggestion - upgrading towels and bedsheets. Ensure new bedsheets are clean and no stubborn stains. I noticed the stains and house keeping very quickly changed the bedsheets.

Location: It was at a walking distance to central Panjim. The beach is very near to the hotel. Breakfast: I could manage to get the choices for my diet. However they had patries and cakes. These could be reduced and replaced by dates, figs, raisins, stir fried vegetables etc. Room: It was big room and very quiet. Staff: Always helpful and polite.

I do not understant why hotels have to keep pastries. These are ultra processed foods and causes insulin resistance. I wish they are replaced by healthy foods like millets.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and our stay was just awesome. We had a perfect manager Inzam who actually arranged everything for us in the hotel, he was our personal angel 😇 who was at our service for any help that was needed. He even booked a taxi for us while we were leaving Goa. Inzam is a local Goan so he had best tips for us. Rohit Pande was in the Orchid restaurant and he was extraordinary with his service, everything that was requested at the time of breakfast or even at lunch he did provide us with correct orders, no room for mistakes in Rohit Pande's World. Sangramjit was also in the restaurant and he was a very polite waiter, happy with his service as well. At the check-out we met Supriya and she was also transparent with her activities and service. We spend 2 evening at swimming pool and Jairam was there at our service. We recommend this place for families, couples, friends. We r visiting them again next year with our parents.

We were unlucky to get food poisoning from eating outside the hotel at the Sea Pebble near to Donna Paula.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Fortune Miramar. The location and just a hop, skip and jump to the Miramar Beach was a pleasant surprise. Whilst we did not eat at your restaurant, we were very impressed with the surrounding restaurants close by. The best Biriyani after travelling through India for 4 weeks was at Biriyani by Kilo!!! WOW AMAZING!!! Your TEAM MEMBERS were very welcoming and were always willing to assist. They were very helpful with sourcing a driver for us so we could explore GOA as much as we could! THANK YOU!!! The room was spacious, very clean and maintained beautifully everyday and the bathroom, the shower was HEAVENLY :-). THANK YOU VERY MUCH Fortune Miramar, Goa. If I ever come back to Goa, I will certainly be staying with you!!!

Plenty to choose from from danishes bread, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, fresh fruit, fruit juice, a selection of Indian foods selection of continental and also English breakfast Quality was absolutely fresh. Breakfast was Good and the Location is very well Centrally Located. The front office staff were very humble and down to earth. The lady Supriya at the desk was very polite and very informative in explaining all the facilities during our checkin.

We were mislead by Booking.com. We had booked for 3 Adult's but the booking confirmation received on the Hotel Voucher was for 2 Adults only which was a let down to us by Booking.com. We were misguided by booking.com, which was not expected.

The location was superb. Just off the beautiful Miramar beach, with numerous excellent restaurants close by and very close to the main Panjim location it was the ideal location for first-time Goa vacationers like us. The restaurant at fortune Miramar had a very good choice of dishes, both local, continental and Indian. The preparation was very good for the few dishes that we tried. And in every sphere, the service was superb. A big thank you to the staff at all points, who looked after us very well.

The amenities are wonderful, the location is good, staff is polite, courteous and very helpful. The buffet breakfast spread is scrumptious. The rooms are spacious & clean . The Miramar beach is very close to the hotel and there are many other restaurants close to the hotel. We had a memorable stay there.

The staff was absolutely amazing very cheerful and the another thing that liked was when me and my wife was having food the one of the staff would just look over our kid while we enjoy our food which I found very rare in many hotels please keep this up .the food was awesome. And loved everything thing over there . I loved the spread of the breakfast especially the American style .
