Staff was very prompt and efficient. Food from Hotel Miri was also excellent.

The cleanliness of the room could have been much better. The curtains has stains all over them. The shower curtains was old and stained. The cupboard was dusty. The room should have been more well lit by adding more lights for the evening/night. There should also be a provision for light above the dressing mirror as it wasn’t well it. The corridors should also be a bit more clean.

The room was comfortable and clean, but at that price this is a bare minimum. The bed was a bit soft for my liking. The location is good. The receptionist could be a bit more welcoming and friendly. The food/drinks are good but I don't like that they added taxes afterwards, instead of including it in the price on the menu. It's misleading.

The staff and service is good. A good stay at economic price.

Some rooms are conjusted. But they are single occupancy.

Amazing spacious room. A lot of facilities including taxi service, bike rentals, laundry, tour packages, food, hot water, internet, power backup, etc. The location was right on the beach side. Excellent value for money. Everything was beyond satisfactory.

The only thing I had to complain about would be a bit of a communication gap (during early check-ins, late checkouts, and payment in cash). Also, wifi could be better (lag/disconnects).

The rooms are good and clean. But majorly we liked their restaurant. It's a fine dine restaurant. Their menu is very good and the food quality is excellent. Only thing the menu kept in the room is totally different from the menu in the restaurant. So please go to the restaurant to explore the best choice.

It's a budget friendly clean and nice stay, the manager/receptionist had a smiling welcome Decent breakfast for the price

Food is costly and if you order drinks from the room they charge you GST + VAT so be careful For 2 beers whose MRP is ₹170, they charged ₹427

Staff (samar,patra saab, and all ) is very good they all guys are giving very fabulous service to there guest and location is very peaceful and near to casino's specially it's budgeted hotel but service's are like expensive hotel. from Chandigarh

Nothing everything is good

breakfast was ok not many options. the food like even an omlette was undercooked.

the restaurant within the facility was too expensive for a even a simple dinner, going out for dinner / lunch was the only option left.

The hotel was good and clean nearby Miramar beach and casinos are around just 3 km. the restaurant was too costly and the quality was okay.. best prefer to order outside .. hotel staff are very friendly ..
