Everything was right ! From the time of checkin to checkout, we were wowed by the staff @ Front office + Restaurant service + House Keeping and what not. Its a superb place to chill within the property and also to travel to nearby sightseeing Waterfalls, zip line activity & the tallest Peak in Karnataka as well the famous Kemmanugundi and coffee estates. Close to Chickmagalur town, about 30 mins drive only. Well Done Honeydewwz, keep it up

Nothing, everything was perfect and pleasant for a good chilled out stay

Few highlights: Very well maintained property...supportive staff always smiling/willing to help...well thought out architecture/design of buildings....hygienic clean rooms with good view....decent indoor games and kids play area...nice swimming pool...awesome food

Scope for improvement: Outdoor/adventure activities, insufficient toiletries (eg, only 1 bath soap kept, no shaving kit provided)...I feel small things like giving bath towels proportionate to number of occupants, giving complementary snacks/fruits and may be providing milk for kids will help in improving customer experience....Hope you take this feedback positively.

Hotel is liittle far off from main tourist attractions, however hotel itself have good facility and one can spend time nicely. Hotel staff and food is fine - with the category of the restaurant the same fulfil our expectation.

It's a great resort to stay in and spend a couple of lazy days. Great food, lots of things to do inside the resort and great staff.

Hospitality was amazing. The staff were really good. Also the restaurant and cafe experience was good and reasonable.

This property is very accessible. Basic activities are present which will help us have a good time within the resort. Food options were quite good! Overall good value for money

Some features like washrooms and faucets need a newer look. They still look old although cleanliness was never an issue.

Good amenities for kids and campfire in the evenings.

Some rooms are old and need renovation, like room 503. We had to ask for change of room.

The location is perfect. Our stay was for 2 days and was really good. Very cooperative staff. Food was delicious and varieties of food were given to choose from. Resort is well maintained. The decorations done in our rooms were awesome. I thank the staff for the decorations done as requested. Stay was comfortable with mountains around made the 2 days rejuvenating. Good teamwork from the entire Honeydewzz staff. Thank you

Stayed for 3 days at this beautiful property and was left completely in awe and wanting to stay back for another night. While I spent most of my time outside exploring Chikmagalur's surrounding areas, Honeydeww felt like home at the end of a long day. Every staff member I encountered, from the security to the check- in to the concierge were delightful and eager to help. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The property is about 30kms from chikmagalur and towards Tarikere, it's well designed and the rooms are aesthetically laid out. I booked the Lanai room and was quite big to accomodate 3 people easily. They have a whole lot of activities within the property and can keep your child busy throughout your stay ( for families with toddlers). Bonfires every night, zip lining, indoor games, swimming pool etc was the USP. The food was tasty, although nothing out of the world to mesmerize your taste buds. The portions were good enough for 2 and well presented. Breakfast spread was quite large too. Will I go back ? Definitely yes and I guess this is the best property to stay at if you want to explore Chikmagalur and Kemmungundi.

Just that there were no towel road in the bathroom. This had to be checked and fixed well before my check in.
