The rooms were delightful, very spacious, including two sofas, double bed, TV, mini bar and tea coffee facilities, ample room for suitcases, excellent air-conditioning, more space you couldn't ask for. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and was fully equipped with bathroom amenities, towels are changed daily and the cleaning team were very friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with an array of both Western and Indian food, more so Indian food. There were also eggs cooked to order and different fruit and pastries daily. We ate at the restaurant in the evenings (à la carte) and found the food really delicious and the service was great as well. The grounds of the resort are beautiful, nicely landscaped with views onto the backwaters and some local life. The pool was really well maintained and pool towels available daily. Limited sunbeds, but we were there during low season so not an issue. Spa facilities and a bar also available.

The bar lacked somewhat atmosphere and variety of drinks and the resort also lacked activities. The resort is quite remote so unless you have tours booked or you are looking for a completely rejuvenating and relaxing holiday there is not much to do in the form of activities especially in the evening. The only couple of improvements I would suggest would be to offer currency exchange which the hotel currently don't offer, and to offer to settle the bill the night before especially if checking out early in the morning. Whilst we were able to do this, it wasn't the common practice.

Currently only one restaurant is functional. Although they have a good menu choice some variety should ve introduced.

Roads to enter the facility are horrible. these should be improved with Municipal authorities support. The facility dies not have cabs on call and one has to depend on Uber etc to go out.

5 star Ambience and View. Restaurant served yummy breakfast with lots of options. Front desk staff Meera was really helpful and also Toji assisted my family. Service was really good overall and kids loved their stay. I would definitely visit again next vacation.

I read reviews regarding children’s recreational area where it needed maintenance and even after months, the play area is kept like a Haunted place of a 3 star where no visitors are entering. This play area must be improved and maintained properly so that the 5 star experience is available throughout the resort.

The staff was very friendly and the facilities were great. It's beautifully maintained inside with lovely views over the water.

We wanted to do a boat tour, but the receptionist could not really provide us any information on good options. Since it's Kochi, and seeing the backwaters is something most visitors would like to do, it would be wonderful if the hotel could arrange or offer more advice for this.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque location along the backwaters, offering a nice escape from the city. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and provided lovely views. The staff were attentive and courteous, with special mention to George at the bar for his friendliness and hospitality. The dining experience at the hotel’s restaurants was excellent. Overall, a delightful place to stay and unwind.

The location is fantastic, though it’s a bit far from the city, so dining options nearby are somewhat limited. Food and drinks are a bit pricey, but that’s to be expected for the Ramada.

It’s one of the best properties I’ve ever visited. Wonderful view with excellent facilities. Their pool is a standout. We got a free upgrade to a lake view cottage. Though the rooms and furniture are a bit aged, they were spotless clean. The view of the lake from the room was breathtaking.

Half a kilometre to the resort, Google map misguided us to a very narrow passage taking to the property which was too congested. We’d turn back and take the other way.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it wasn’t enough. From the minute we arrived, we were greeted kindly. We loved our room, we had a poolside cottage, really recommend it. The staff were always smiling and helpful and just happy. The food was on another level. I couldn’t believe how good the food was on the A La carte menu. We didn’t have the buffet purely because there was food on the a La carte we wanted! There is a wait for the food, so you do need to be prepared for that, but boy, when it comes, it looks and tastes like a Michelin star restaurant, 5 stars to the chefs. The staff in the restaurant are a delight and I couldn’t point one person out as they were all fantastic. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking. I would make the point that it’s not on top of Kochi and all the things to see, but £10 for a cab and you’re there or £5 for a Tuk Tuk and it’s worth it.

The pool was fantastic and my children absolutely loved it. My father was in a wheelchair and the staff was very attentive and helped us quite a lot. My wife, two kids, my aged parents and my sister would like to praise the fantastic service by your staff in the hotel and restaurants. I would definitely recommend any one travelling to Kochi to stay at least a few days at the resort. The gardens are meticulously maintained along with the pools.

The rooms and fittings are very old. It is clean but you can see the wear and tear. I hope you will refurbish this soon. Unfortunately the resort is not friendly for people on wheel chairs - near the pool or at restaurants: - The ramps are too steep and they do not taper down to the ground. - The same holds good for the restaurants - Reaching the pool is difficult, should provided for at least one easy way to roll a wheelchair to the pool.

This is a lovely resort, we were here for a wedding which was absolutely beautiful. The rooms overlooking the pools are stunning. The food was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. We also stayed in one of the standard rooms, which was really spacious and had toilitires and snacks. The pool is lovely and in a great location over the backwaters.

The resort is on the seaside (not beach). Nice big rooms in bungalow, with sea view, nice big pool, garden with plenty of trees, frangipani, bougenvilla. The breakfast: lot of choices of local food and continental breakfast. Fresh juices, cappucino, coffee from machine . Dinner also wide range of choices.

There is a small gym, which is OK, just the equipments should be cleaned, better maintened.
