I really liked that the property offers a 24-hour checkout from the time of check-in instead of the usual fixed 11:00 AM checkout. It made the stay so much more flexible and stress-free — especially helpful when you’re not on a tight schedule. That’s a big plus in my book!

The room felt quite small and a bit cramped — not much space to move around. It was definitely tighter than expected. That said, it was clean, had all the promised amenities, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the stay more comfortable despite the limited space.

Purpose of my trip was hospital visit. Day time front desk staff was really good. On the day of check out I had requested couple of hours extra time, as my little one had doctor's appointment round 12.30. Staff showed a great human value of compassion. We checked out 2hrs late until my baby get settle. Thank you so much. Next time I will definitely go with hotel.

Mehfil restaurant charged bit on higher side and that's the only closest option is available for food. Nevertheless, Zomat n Swiggy offer great services to deliver the food in this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Even though there is no food service on site, the reataurant roimd the corner delivers reasonably priced local cuisine to the room.

It is a little bit out of the way from the town centre and Fort Kochi. One of the rooms had too much light from the corridor shining through the blinds at night.

Very clean. A/c was working. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Very clean. Staff are friendly. Bfast was in a very hot room. No a/c. Not too many choices.

No Breakfast facility. You have to order to nearby restaurant. You have to ask to provide plates and then clear plates. No fooding facility. No staff support for getting food from outside.

The location was asy to approach/locate.... The staff was welcoming and the service was upto the mark... the ambiance they maintained was good for a quite stay...

Over all very good experience, the property is very accessible and staffs are so helpful for each and every needs
