Breakfast was good. With respect to location, its good for young people but little difficult for aged people.

1. one of the rooms out of the two was small and was not having any cupboards or small table to keep things. The door of the Cupboard in the hall was not in a useable condition. 2. While booking it was mentioned that there is ground floor(for aged parents) and a restaurant. But there was only one premium room on the ground floor which was already booked. And since there was no restaurant we had to depend on food-delivery service. 3. Location wise it was difficult for my aged parents because the service road was inclined road and auto service was only Uber app and due to peak season time (vijay dashmi) booking through Uber app was very difficult.

The singular staff was very helpful although I felt bad that for the 4 days I stayed there, the elderly staff was the lone worker there. He always serviced with an enthusiastic smile and was very helpful even with his limited vocabulary in English. My experience was better because of him only.

The room was very small and dimly lit, cupboard was malfunctioning and not an easy location. The idea of a common area for two separate rooms defeated the purpose of privacy in a service apartment. There was no kitchenette for it to be called a service apartment.

Location ideal. Neat. All facilities working.. Staff helpful.

When I book room I never came across price difference between single occupancy or double occupancy. One of the staff tried to change the rate which was not published ..little bad, but backed off when I explained he is totally wrong and I will follow up.. There is no resturant facility.. breakfast wax bad.we skipped.

It’s new property and courteous of the staff was very good. in fact they taken us to temple visit personally and explained about each diety in Malayalam but we understand little bit due to language barrier. it’s apartment type and thus they brought food from outside and had good south india breakfast. The surrounding location was very calm and beautiful but only drawback is difficult to identify the exact location from temple. if they improve the direction of the location then it will be good for short stay for temple visit.

Very good hospitality.. When we reached the apartment at midnight also, room boy greeted with a smile and explained everything about the room facilities. The apartment is spacious, very clean with facilities like mini fridge, coffee maker, sofa for relaxation. It has 24 hrs hot water, towel, soap etc in the bathroom. Wifi and air-conditioning are working very good.

Bit far away from the main road and no nearby restaurants

Everything is good value for money. The staff, Sourish and Adhira, were very helpful and kind. Also conducted new year party celebrations and free food with good hospitality. Finally, they surprised with new-year gift hampers. Thanks to Treebo and the Pushpak service apartment team for making my holiday more interesting and joyful.

Nothing to dislike in this property. Everything is good.

The hotel is new property just 2 -3mins from the Chottanikara Devi temple. If you ate looking at hassle free temple visit without any queues this is the place to be. The hotel treats you like family and the staff are really friendly and warm. If you wish for a peaceful stay then the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was good. Lighting and beds etc excellent.

The hotel is new hence the facilities like landline was not available. The bathroom didn't have shower facility. But the work is underway which is good. A single room would have been better but the connected rooms will be excellent for a bigger family. These are very small things in comparison to the hospitality and professional treatment by all the staff.

It's was sparkle clean, new Big and comfortable bed Bathroom big and clean WiFi, Athira from the hotel helped me to book Uber and food. Athira also invited me to the new year party they had, such a homely hospitality

Location, location, location. First, in booking, the address is not correct, and the tribo team didn't answer when needed to locate the hotel. Second, it's near Chottanikkara Temple, that's it. 1 hour from Fort Kochi, and 1 hour from Ernakulam.

The Indian Breakfast was good. We like the food and hospitality. A room call told us the breakfast was ready. We appreciated the kindness and the extra help.

All are good for the room rates offered.
