The room and bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really good with all kinds of variety. What was best about this hotel was their people. Their staff is amazingly cheerful, nice, kind, genuine and helpful in any ways that you can think of. Definitely cheered me up every morning walking past the reception when seeing their smiles and chatting with them. Will miss them a lot and am really grateful to this hotel for giving me memories and friends to keep even after visiting.

I originally booked this hotel for one night and at the point of writing this I have booked for an additional two then maybe more nights. I cannot fault this hotel for anything at all and absolutely thrilled with my stay. From the point of arrival Sowmia on front office and the ladies assisting were so friendly, professional and wonderful I felt like I was a regular visitor. As a female traveler alone this hotel has bent over backwards to accommodate my needs with grace, pleasure and a smile. I would also like to add I have eaten in the restaurant twice for evening meal. I am a first time traveler to India and asked Sowmia and colleague to recommend food. They chose bamboo chicken and chicken pallipalayam which came with an onion raita and I was advised to mix all flavours and let the taste speak for itself... WOW! It was truly delicious and the presentation cooked in bamboo and ‘opened’ at your table is such a fantastic touch. The food is excellent, every meal so far has exceeded my expectations, including breakfasts so thank you to the chefs! Thank you Holiday Residency you really have made India incredible - I recommend this hotel 10 / 10 for everyone! The roof top pool and fitness centre are an absolute gem and the sunset mountain views are breathtaking. This hotel is a must stay if you are in the area! Thank you to all the staff - you are an amazing team!

There is nothing that I didn’t like, there is nothing to dislike about this excellent hotel and her staff.

Ample room size and comfort

The toiletries were very limited and small in size and it would have been more professional if there was a tissue box in the room and more toilet tissue rolls readily available,

Food is good, room and room service. Food is mildly spiced. Veg spread in breakfast is good. Nonveg spread in Saturday's buffet dinner is good. There is a street next to a building that resembles vidhanasouda ( kumarGuru institute) where you can go for early morning walk. There is a place just opposite the Hotel ( Vel Coffee) which gives you Hyderabadi samosa and filter coffee and tea. Opposite the Hotel is a supermarket. Hotel has a pub attached. Air conditioning in the room very effective.

This is a standalone property, on a busy road. Vegetarian better to go for Alakar te. Options in Saturday's buffet limited.

I enjoyed much staying at Holiday Residence. * Room was damn clean and hygiene. * Reasonable price. * Working staff was very humble and professional. * Excellent breakfast with buffet system. One can enjoy this like anything. Holiday Residence stands on customer satisfaction. I loved staying here.

Improvements and developments are the key factors for every growing and grown oganizations. Keeping this in mind, please take care of below things. * Services need be improved in the small programs like Candle Light Dinners. * Cost of the lunch and dinner seems high. Thank you.....!!

Everything.... ample parking space, securities placed to help you navigate the parking lot. Spacious room, clean toilet, prompt room service and excellent breakfast with various options.

Swimming pool is small but good for kids though.
