We had stayed at Hotel O, Vilankurichi nearly six times in the past year, always booking the same place for exam-related visits. We trusted this hotel and even chose it again for this year’s exam trip. Unfortunately, this time our experience was deeply disappointing. Despite having a confirmed booking, we were denied a room upon arrival. After traveling over 100 km, we were shocked when the staff rudely told us they weren’t willing to give us a room and asked us to leave, saying “do whatever you want.” Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We were left in a terrible situation at night, having to search for a new hotel in an unfamiliar town, right before an important exam. What made it worse was OYO's poor response — no support, no accountability. After this experience, we’ve lost all trust in this hotel and in OYO. We strongly do not recommend this place to anyone who values respect and reliability.
