I was pleased when driver Mr Arjun picked me up from NJP on time. He knows Bangla, English, Hindi to understand the guest. At the tine of dropping to NJP, Mr Arjun was not available, but his courtesy was so nice that he called me expressed his apology.

Mr Samuel, Manager of the hotel was so friendly that anyone can depends on him. But he should negotiate with owner regarding the car fair. Without this, I will encourage him to keep his nice helping mentality for all time.

limited breakfast option, puri sabji or bread slice, omllettes or chicken sausages. No other food items are there in the restaurant. Do not expect lunch or dinner. Not even ready made tea, you would be asked to use the tea bags and prepare the tea yourselves. Reception bell boy said that we can order lunch and inner from near by restaurants and they will deliver it and will be charging 100 rs for delivery, which is fine but they do not have menus available for nearby eating joints. So not sure what the hotel biys will be delivering

The best part of this hotel is its location..Rooms were very good ,neat and clean..

I didn't like the breakfast..That same Aloo ka paratha and bread ..I think they can bring some changes in the breakfast menu.

There is no fooing available other than breakfast. It will be better if dining is also available.

Breakfast was fine. Served on time. Staff was cooperative.

They arrange dinner as it is not prepared at Hotel. Perhaps many guest won't be needing dinner.

Little away from Male but due to its height a beautiful view of whole Kanchenjhungha is seen from the dinning hall if the sky is clear....staffs are friendly and helpful....clean housekeeping....breakfast is complementary...rooms are good.

Some of electrical points in the room weren't working....since due to some fire mishap lunch and dinner were not available....hope our next visit proves it otherwise....atleast simple roti,sabji and vegetables should available for dinner atleast.
