First of all decoration, room arrangement, basic requirements, bathroom everything was very satisfactory. Thpugh it was very cold, near 3 degrees, we still felt comfortable inside the room. Staff of the hotel were very friendly helpful and kind. Third thing is it's prime location. Mall is just a few minutes walk away, kunga, dekevas, noryang, subway all were just few minutes away. One of best places to stay at Darjeeling

The room was very spacious and clean.We were provided the ground floor...which was very easily accesible.The staff was very polite,cooperative and courteous.The location of the property is also very approchable to the Mall Road.All in all a very pleasant experience of staying and is thys highly recommended.

My stay at Muscatel Springburn was outstanding. Being a solo traveler, the staff made sure I was made comfortable and enjoy my stay. Saroj was helpful and kind and he helped me a lot while making the bookings and as well for early check-ins and early check-outs and so 10/10 for his service. Prashanti who works at help desk was very helpful and kind. She is very sweet and made sure I felt safe and that is something I have never noticed at any hotel and so 10/10 for her service. Binod- who works as a staff was very helpful. Whenever I needed any help, he was always around to help me that too with a smile, 10/10 for his service. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay and I highly recommend Muscatel Springburn to everyone.

The courtesy of the entire hotel staffs, special Thanks to Prashanti at reception, she is a well mannered lady and always welcome and attend guests with smiling face and listen and solve guests requirement as and when needed. The ground level staffs are also very decently behaved and they also attend guest requirement spontaneously as and when asked for. Overall this stay given me a sense of positivity within myself. I enjoyed a perfect short holidays in a cozy ambience surrounded by jolly guys. I will cherish this stay in my memory for quite some time now. the location of the hotel can’t be better!! is walking distance to all the tourism attractions of Darjeeling! has amazing views of the hills!! the room is spacious, enough clean! all the staff were really kind to me and help me with some details of how to be around the area! the guests next door were so noisy and the staff take care of it immediately! the food is at very good price and well tasting!! Thank you Prashanti, Saroj, Anmol & Binod to take care!!

the bed was super mega firm! I rather a softer mattress also the wifi connection was a bit unstable but working!

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and polite. The best thing is the location of the hotel, just 100 m from the mall road.

No breakfast buffet available at the property. You have to place order for breakfast from the room and it will be delivered to the room.

We got a decent room in the first floor. Rooms at lower floor (especially next to reception) should be avoided. We asked for a second blanket and got one. Staff was friendly and supportive.

Bathroom is not heated and very cold in the morning (November). One of the heated blankets was broken and not replaced. Inquired price for taxi service was ridiculously high. I was reminded on whatsapp to do my review for about 100 times.

Room was ok with view of k1, the staff were excellent, Prashanti the receptionist went out of her way to help us. Any issues were dealt with immediately, Saroj too was there helping and fixing issues. Thank you Prashanti.

The only issue was the hot water didn't stay warm enough to shower. We mentioned this and I'm sure it will be fixed.

The hotel was great!! The staff were super friendly and hospitable. The person at reception Elsa made sure our stay was very comfortable.
