I had made two separate bookings for one day each. On my first day I was given a Premium(509) and Deluxe room(503). Both rooms are fabulous. They are the ones beings showed in the pictures of the hotel. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

On the second day I was given 501 which is a damped room and was not at all any match to even their deluxe room. I immediately requested for room change at the reception. The staff was helpful and gave me two other options, which were better than 501. I would like to suggest the hotel to repair the damped rooms because they doesn't go with the image of the hotel. The most of the hotel is itself very beautiful but these one or two rooms are the reason for their under-ratings.

Rooms were so neat and clean. Staff were so polite and good. Overall great stay. After checkout they allowed me to keep my luggages in the travel desk when I wanted to to go out for a day sight seeing.

Location of the hotel is the best part and the staffs are very good and helpful. It's just opposite to Rink mall, 10 mnts walking from Mall road.

-Staff was very polite. Quick to action all our requests - Breakfast was the best part of my stay. If you are looking for good food in Darjeeling, then this hotel is best place for you. -The reception upgraded my room type to a better one without increasing the pricing of the room. This hotel truly cares about their guests and is a lovely place to enjoy your trip. - If I ever come back to Darjeeling, will stay in the same hotel without considering any other hotel on booking.com.

The hotel did not have a very good view of kanchenjunga from the rooms. But the clean and spacious rooms, good staff, and great breakfast compensated for it. It has a beautiful view from common areas and the terrace.

I liked the delicious and healthy meals. The staff was very cooperative.

The extra bed was not good and it was not so comfortable. The TV was very small. I think the hotel should work on center table.

Quantum of Hot water availablity. Location is at center of city.

No parking for 2 wheeler as well. Breakfast menu was very limited.
