The washrooms were nice, the location is on main road and had nice parking, staff was good, rooms were nice and the mattress was soft

the bedsheets weren't clean, and when asked to change them they didn't had any replacements, they had 2 glasses on a wobbly table which upon placing a bag just toppled and broke the glasses which they asked 160 rupees(for 2 glasses 160 is way too much)

The service was quite fabulous. I Loved the entire stay. Room service and other services is quite fast and the behaviour of entire staff is friendly. Coming to food, The menu had very vast varieties and had good taste. Restaurant staff was friendly.

The hotel is lovely with amazing facilities and the staff at the front desk is also very nice, treated us really well at the front desk during our check in. Overall had an amazing time during our stay.

Housekeeping was very good and the people were very helpful and friendly. I really liked this concept like the housekeeping staff kept my room clean and good. The food was also good, Must visit!!!

Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and very comfortable.
