We were a family of 3 and had taken the executive suite with the valley view, so that was great. The room, or rather the set of rooms, was spacious, both sides had cupboards and plenty storage, plus writing desks and importantly two full bathrooms - which is really the best thing - as not all suites are equipped so! The location of the hotel is very good, on Rajpur road - enroute to mussorie on one side. It is situated in a mall (should you need any essentials etc) and the neighborhood has plenty of restaurant options. The team at the hotel was extremely hospitable, warm, and helpful. The Citrus café team went all out to give us yummy delights and personal attention - many thanks to Chef Vineet Kumar and to Rohit, Rishabh, and others whose names I didn't catch - apologies for that. Thank you also to Front desk team Kushagra, Aditi, and Swati and to Jitendra in housekeeping. It was very good to see an inclusive attitude in staff recruitment - an empowering approach. The Lemon Tree would most certainly be our go- to place on our next visit!

1. There was roof repair going on when we were there which would go banging until late night. 2. Towels could be better

Frontline staff (reception,guard, restaurant)is very courteous and customer caring ,house keeping staff is doing exceedingly well in keeping hotel cleanliness as per standards. Amal pathak the restaurant manager is very focused in providing best services to customers by doing direct interaction with each customer in restaurant

Room tariff is on very higher side I have been charged rs 16600for two days without cp plan. But keeping view the same level (4star) hotel available in dehradun in same area rajpur road ,it should not be higher than rs12000/- with cp plan

Overall the feeling of being in an world class environment along with excellent staff made it worth it.The Buffet was good with plenty of variety and the loctaion is an added advantage

The Reception at night since w reached a bit late was not upto the mark as no one was there to take luggage to the room was a only thing that was short else all well

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful in responding to all my queries about various trips around Dehradun. The housekeeping staff, Kitendra Singh, Vikram Rathod and Paras did a great job keeping the room clean and fresh. The Cafe also served good breakfast. Second time this year i stayed here. The Pacific mall shopping centre is next door. Very good location...

hotel picture shown while booking is different from actual. Facilities shown while booking are not there . We were interested in Swimming pool and so we booked this hotel. But it does not exist.

The experience was truly exceptional! We loved the location and were impressed by the outstanding hospitality. I must give special recognition to Mr. Rohit at Citrus Cafe, whose service was extraordinary. Additionally, they graciously extended my stay by an extra 2 hours at no additional cost.

We got a complimentary upgrade and got huge rooms of which one was Valley facing. We loved the spacious rooms. The service of the staff (all of them) was also Excellent.

One of the rooms was mall facing as the hotel is part of a mall. So there was no view from the window to look into nature. We could only look into the mall and see the public.

Wasn’t included in the package as I left the hotel before 0600 hours but dinner was good

Room was spacious with lovely view, very neat and clean, washroom was very tidy

Good Breakfast quality of food was good.

Location, staff helpfulness, courtesy & the food quality at their Citrus Restaurant is just outstanding.

Location of the Rooms on two floors in an L shaped corridor with only one entrance & exit may be a trap in case of any fire or earthquake. There are no Guidance for the Hotel guests on this. Guests on 5th Floor have to walk long distance to go to the Restaurant at the 4th floor.
