the view from my room was breathtaking. the restaurant serves great food and has the best staff. wifi was excellent and all staff were great. this is a place that put the customer's wellbeing above all else and goes that extra mile to make your stay pleasant and peaceful. i had the perfect week long stay here except for that one incident with a rude staff member.

I had an unpleasant incident with one of their reception staff named mahadev singh (that's what he told me his name was). the managing director personally texted me apologizing for his behavior informing the situation has been rectified, so I appreciate such high level of customer care. the property is a bit away from dharamshala town, so you have to spend about 300 INR one way to get there by taxi. but I booked this place on purpose as I wanted to stay away from the town buzz. but if you want easy access, then this is probably not for you.

A great selection of breakfast food, including English, Indian, fruits and cereals. We had dinner in the evening, which was excellent, with beautifully cooked Indian and Asian dishes. The Alcohol prices were very reasonable. The location on the terrace and from our room was truly stunning! The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

There was some confusion around getting a white coffee at breakfast but it didn't impact on our stay.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great views. The staff was warm and welcoming. Their food is recommended. We ate tandoor items and the soup was great on a cold evening. Reasonably priced and great quality.

The rooms could have been quieter, guess it's got to do with the design of the corridors -- sounds travels a fair bit and if you are a light sleeper, keep earplugs handy.

Location is a drawback. They should provide complimentary ride to city or atleast to the main road which is more than a km away

Staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Food was great. Location really handy for the cricket stadium - just half an hour walk up the hill. The recommended taxi driver (Shersing) was also really helpful and reliable.

Amazing location. Ideal for people who wish to stay at outskirts of Dharamshala away from the crowd. Rooms were amazing with great views. The roof top restaurant offered a picturesque view of the ranges and offered good food. Go for it.

Locks can be changed to a more advanced one.

Everything was absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious, clean. Food was yummy and felt like home cooked. The staff was very friendly n generous. All of the above the location was soo beautiful that I have No Words. I have added to my list as I will be visiting again. 5 star from my side. 👍👍👍

I couldn't find anything particular. For me everything was a tick which gives this hotel full marks. 10/10 marks.

Stayed for the cricket, the location was excellent, nice and quiet with views to die for. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk it to the ground.
