Very clean, the food was good, staff were really friendly & helpful. Shivani Ruby & piya they were so sweet and guided us nicely. Reataurent guy name Mukesh & the driver Rishi their service were superb @ helpful too. We loved staying in double Tree by Hilton and our next visit we will choose the same hotel.

The room size was good on the 12th floor... Stayed 4 nights.... room had partial view ...staff were great We had issues with vegetarian food orders... asked for no spicy but still got it spicy.... the chef and manager apologized and made sure we got what we wanted the next day ...they comped one night dinner...it made up for the first night ..the last night vegetarian dinner was terrible...no taste /boiled ... I paid 2100 rupees for a dinner that was tasteless and very skimpy portions ... the portions should be better for that price.... other 5 star hotels I stayed in ... portions were worth it in comparison Breakfast was good... .had more choices on Indian dishes...my suggestion is the Indian food shouldn't be that spicy ..not everyone likes spicy...more variety in other items would be appreciated ... breakfast staff were excellent.. doing their best all the time.. kudos to them

Bathroom facilities need more attention... shower floor is a bit grimmy.... The hallway didn't have AC...it had a funny smell... carpets looked dingey....needed to be replaced... otherwise it was good...i will reconsider staying there if the food is tasty

Having stayed in this property multiple times, I've always had a good experience. Courteous staff, great in-room amenities & room service round the clock, benefits & complementary services that include airport transfers and laundry, in addition to an exceptional breakfast spread and restaurant. Even for a 4/5 star property, the food in this property stands out in comparison to other large hotel chains in the city.

Can do well with some much required renovation, carpets in room are dated. Window facades could also use some cleaning. Room keycards (at least in the room I stayed - 707) are dated and don't work all the time - I had to visiti reception on 2-3 occasions to reactivate the card each time. Location is central to the city, but note that airport can be 45 mins - 1 hr during peak traffic.

Service staff quite prompt. Shivani Mishra, Janki and the rest of the staff were polite and prompt.

The mattress in the room is very worn down and definitely needs a change

The staff were really positive, warm and helpful. The facilities like the Gym and Massage were really good. I loved the services of Petal and the 2nd staff both were very skilled! Shivani was very proactive and helpful and made our stay extra special! The Hilton cookie was delicious and we were welcomed with a warm cookie as we checked in early morning. The breakfast is truly a wide array of delicacies and the staff are very caring. This was my first stay in this property and I truly enjoyed the experience altogether! I will definitely return again next year

The pool area could have been a bit more lively..with music and sun umbrella's

This is a recommended stay in NCR, while the location is some distance away from the airport but the rooms & services make up for it. The staff were nice and were able to accommodate an early check in, the breakfast spread is amazing with tons of options. Rooms were spacious and there's round the clock room service and laundry options. Staff were very nice, and the overall experience was very good.

The rooms can use a little more maintenance, especially the bathroom. Additionally, I had multiple issues with my keycard which stopped working each time and I had to go to the reception 5-6 times to get the issue fixed. The rooms can get noisy if you're visiting during peak wedding season (October - January), which was the case with me. Be mindful that this property is some distance away from the airport, in peak hours the traffic can make it a 1 to 1.5 hour cab to the airport.

The service and attitude of every single staff member of the hotel is good. The service is over my expectations. I enjoy my stay in this hotel. They will respond to my request very quickly and solve the problem timely. Housekeeping: The housekeeping team really surprise me with careful observations, Thanks for Pankaj for taking care of my room hygiene during my stay. The creativity and handwriting card is stunning, making swan with towel and flower petals. Giving extra tissue at bedside without any special request. Hanging clothes from laundry, etc, making i feel like being home. Restaurant: The staff are kind, making sure all the foods and drinks are in a perfect manner. Making customised orders for guests. Remember my preference, like the egg counter. The fried egg is delicious. Ms. Anita & Mr Saurav greet us every day in the morning. Treat us with delicious cake and take photos for us on the last day of our stay. Gym: There is a trainer in the gymroom, making sure you have the correct posure during your gym. Helping me to set the gym equipment in accordance with my body.

The breakfast bacon is a bit too salty The room key card always went wrong The swimming pool has a lot of pigeons dipping in the pool water in the morning.

Had a great experience every-time and this was again an amazing one. This time it was very important for it to go well as it was a birthday party for my sister and family/friends gathering. When I entered @shivani the lobby manager welcomed saying "welcome back again and everything has been taken care of” Like everyone else I was overwhelmed to know she remembered me from my last visit. This for sure would make me visit more 😍 The food was ok but the service was good..KGF festival was also nice and decoration was awesome. I for sure would recommend it to everyone ❣️ ~ Mayanka

Food could have been better.. There should be more options in breakfast and if there is a cultural festival going on make sure there are other cuisines added too
