Silent place near to hospital

Location of hotel is not known to persons even staying around it. Hotel must have prominent display of hotel name. It is on alley road of banjara hill road no 10 not road no 10 as mentioned in address. Hotel has only 2 staff both seems to be busy and guest do not know how much will they wait Invoice.is not given demand 5% more.than stated price on web site or they tell goto booking.com to get invoice. Even drinking water has to be boughted

Not good, May be difficult to check in. I faseing problem with online booking. As per Hotal staff your booking payment is very low, our prices is high. Check out before booking.😞

They begining onwards tell me to cancel booking, informed no rooms available. Forcefully i got it, not cleaned the room in all 3days, not changed bed sheet, towel, no water in room, its not cleaned room, insets are running in bed not get proper sleep. Because of online booking they r not happy, and provide very bad room.....

It was a worst experience, will never recommend Oyo to anyone. The hotel charged me additional to what i booked and when i called Oyo they offered no assistance and i have to pay additional, The hotel guy said will not provide any Invoice as well, i was in a hurry and no time to cancel and rebook other hotel, worst customer service. Further the room was not clean, lot of smell of wine and cigarettes, no hot water for bathing, bed was dirty, no drinking water in room.. 0 stars, will never recommend Oyo to anyone.
