I have stayed in this hotel twice, for my treatment at the L. V. Prasad Eye Institute. My reason for selecting this hotel was that it is very near to the LVPEI. The hotel and its rooms are clean, well-maintained. The reception staffs are cordial and straight-forward. Complimentary breakfasts (Continental/South Indian) served between 8-10 in the morning are okay. For other meals, guests require to go outside or order online. The ambience in the hotel is calm and peaceful. The service staffs are very responsive.

Staff is extremely friendly and thoughtful.

- I saw cockroaches in both rooms in which I stayed. Please, fumigate this place! Mothballs are not enough, and they give the room a very bad smell, unfortunately. - One of my laddus (Indian cake/candy) mysteriously disappeared from my luggage. I arrived from work; I had a closed box with 5 laddus in it (I knew it very well and it was closed because it was supposed to be a souvenir for my family). But when I looked at it under my clothes in the bag, after work, the box was open, there were only four laddus inside it, and lots of crumbles spread all over it. I got really really sad.

Terrible breakfast! It is not cooked at the hotel, brought from local place, not any option other than idly and soggy dosas! 24 hour checkin checkout would be great in case of late checkin

Location is very good. All amenities are there.

We were in room number 303 in that hotel, the slope of the bathroom floor was not right due to which water was always accumulating around the comod.. Besides, everything else is excellent.

I would always suggest you to book this property, because its really worth to stay here , everything was unto mark ,,

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... The room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. I must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. And its in under reasonable price.

It’s extremely convenient if you need to visit LVPEI just like in my case. The location is just perfect with a lot of restaurants at walking distance.

staff most courteous, excellent food, excellent clean, very relaxing rooms and wonderful ambiance ,I have travelled manyplaces but nothing like this
