I think the bathtub needs some sprucing up... It was chipped and post housekeeping there were small strands of hair in it which I didn't understand. The pipe of the faucet near the comode was brown- could be maintained better. The cupboard near the sink in the bathroom was stained. Since I was on a trip for my visa I was preoccupied and couldn't bring this up with helpdesk... Please do place a king size cot rather than two single cots as these were moving apart at night and my son kept slipping through the gap.

We booked a suite room and it was better than the likes of Taj in many ways. The furniture was a bit worn out occasionally but the sizes of bedroom, living room, and kitchen were simply amazing. With natural light all over the place in lobbies it was very refreshing. Ample parking. Very close to ISB.

Breakfast is bad. Taste wasn't good for anything. Even simple items like idly/vada/sambhar and poha didn't taste good.

Really friendly and accommodating staff. Stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. Although the property is old, it is very well maintained and the facilities are absolutely spot on. This property has a lot of open space and is very green with a beautiful park for those who like the outdoors. The indoor and temperature controlled swimming pool is the cherry on top.

We had a nice time in Ellaa. Staff are courteous and polite. An extra shout out to security staff who helped me retrieve my phone which I had forgotten in the rental auto. Food is good too

Naushad Ali was very nice during our stay for 3 consecutive days and provided very good Sehri items. His manager accepted our request to provide us some food at around 4am instead of our breakfast because we're fasting. Thanks to his manager also.

Should have had more water bottles inside rooms, slightly it felt a bit spooky at times because of the Old Teak Furniture(my personal opinion), but it was good. Should have given me a room with better a view (Lake view as promised)

The facility is nice with good rooms and quiet. The staff and food is good Value for money. Mainly families can go and have couple of days of relaxed stay as it has nice area. Bar to me more active!! Over all had a pleasant stay and hotel to be in your list to visit when you are in hyd for stay

A bit old rooms and furniture. TV was not working. Had to call and follow up with maintenance. Behavior of 1 or 2 staff members was not good. Food can be better

Queen beds not given. We have single beds attached as queen. If ur travelling as couple its irritating. When ur booking it says queen bed. But u have 2 single beds in Hotel.
