Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff specially they greet like family member, lovely and great first impression of Kruthika Residency. Everything about the Hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had Buffet dinner. complimentary buffet breakfast was having lots of dishes fruits and beverages and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped with all amenities and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The Kruthika Residency, just remember this name for the best hotel in Hyderabad. I have stay for a few days for The National Kabaddi Match which was held beside this hotel at Gachibowli indoor stadium. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists ,families & Group tour & mainly the corporate. Pls just don't go through some negative reviews as from my and my friends concern its the best ever budget hotel with all facilities and amenities. Through Will be back to this place soon..!!!

Breakfast is good.

They charged extra money for 2 hrs early check in instead of having rooms available and while booking also I made a request for the same which was not replied before reaching hotel. Lastly, they charged for it else in other hotels they don't charge if rooms are available.

Overall good experience except food quality needs to be improved, though Complimentary Breakfast was good, but dinner was too spicy and oily and even limited options in menu. Service is required to be improved, I felt like lack of manpower, even receptionist denied one or two services quoting the same...
