1. Breakfast is good 2. Room, Bed, Cot are very comfortable 3. Location is good

1. Water at 2nd floor common area is smelling bad and taste also very bad. It seems water is very old stock. And that 20 litre water bottle is covered with some cover, so customers are not able to detect it until they taste it. Please provide fresh mineral water to customers. 2. There is no WELCOME DRINK 3. It would be great if a pair of Toothbrush, small tooth paste is also provided inside bathroom. 4. But Poori with Aalu curry is missing. South Indians and North Indians like Poori with Aalu curry allot but is NOT SERVED at hotel. So, please include as a main breakfast item. 5. Also, increase staff in breakfast area (1st floor), there were only 2 guys who r serving and we felt like custom orders are getting delayed

The hotel was really good overall... Comfortable and spacious rooms... All facilities that you would need for a short stay. Good location - especially if you're there for US Visa work - since it's located equidistant from both the VAC and OFC locations.

The pub down below was a bit noisy on weekends for those who prefer to sleep early. The beds was a little too soft for me. I prefer firmer mattresses.

Exceptional stay for the price. Room is pretty clean and facilities are well thought of. Has a happening pub downstairs which may be heard if you're on the floor right above which we were but it didn't bother us at all. The pub looked extremely good but we arrived from a pretty long drive and just wanted to rest otherwise would have tried their craft beers. Room service and hotel staff were prompt to respond and very helpful. The view is good with a comfy window seating for the road facing rooms and probably better on the higher floors. Even when the parking was full when we arrived at night, the valet and hotel staff offloaded our luggage instantly and took care of safely moving the car around into a safe closed parking when the pub guests probably left.

Nothing at all. Even with the parking situation a little uncomfortable, they took care of it very well.

I just stayed for a night. Loved the size of the room, usually Bloom rooms are too tiny. Loved the interiors as usual. In this case, I also liked that there was a happening pub downstairs where I could entertain or grab a bite. The breakfast was alright. Wifi worked fine.

Spectacular property! Very close to Airport, Financial District and ISB (where I had my work). The breakfast spread and the quality was beyond expectations. The staff, too! From the reception with Khurshid, Latif and Saifan to the team at Breakfast in the restaurant and the Housekeeping, all smiles and not a single frown! Best part is, they have easily accessible water purifiers at every floor. Would definitely recommend this place! Also has a lively resto-bar next to the premises if you want to catch a drink!

We had work over a weekend and the sound from the resto-bar was quite prominently heard in the room. Apart from that, nothing I did not like at all!

The location was ideal. Right on one of the main roads. Breakfast spread was decent. Room cleanliness was decent. Overall good value for money from a reliable budget chain. The best part was the water dispensers placed in all the floors which dispenses cold, normal and hot water. This can be used to refill the bottles. The staff are also very welcoming, professional and helpful.

Washroom was not as clean as expected. There was some kind of a foul smell throughout my stay. I did not bring this to the staff's notice during the stay but I am sure they would have fixed it if I informed them

The online app support was nice and response was quick.

The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. We saw lamps and table covered in a bit of dust. Apart from this, everything was relatively well maintained.

Clean and spacious rooms Allowed us early check in by almost 2 hours before standard check in time of 2 PM.

The sound wave from the over the moon brew at ground floor is an issue till around mid night especially for those on lower floors.

I am a regular customer of Bloom Hotels,. I wanted to take a few minutes and provide feedback here which can help many customers. The contemporary hotels are very well maintained and hygienic. They follow covid protocols as well and literally sanitize pretty much everything. A happy and comfortable stay for sure. Special shoutout to the front desk team they are one step ahead and understand the customer and their needs to serve up to their satisfaction. It is well located, just were the city bustle starts. The restaurant attached serves very good food and is very busy on weekends.
