I stayed at this hotel for six nights on a business trip and had a thoroughly pleasant experience. The facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a high level of comfort throughout the stay. The hospitality was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed. In particular, I would like to commend Prity and Swarupa for their exceptional service and warm professionalism — they truly made a difference. The breakfast was also a highlight, featuring a delicious selection of traditional Indian dishes. I appreciated that the menu included options considerate of guests who may not be accustomed to spicy food, which is a thoughtful touch for international travelers. Overall, this is an excellent hotel that I would highly recommend to both business and leisure travelers.

Front office Executives,it's been 10 years since I have been visiting this property but this time I had a very bad experience. Check in process - The worst. No Regional channels available in DTV. Requested for early check in , Executive named Alveoli responded, once the existing customer checks out we will provide you rooms with a arrogant way of expressing the statement saying wait we will give room by 2 PM as per the check-in time or if you want to go somewhere go and come. She doesn't bother to listen. At the same time another executive named Dileep responded, we will charge you extra and that's common I have agreed but couldn't arrange. NO reputed hotels will operate 100 % occupancy.

Spacious and quiet room, excellent and varied breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. There's an excellent Q-mart supermarket across the street, and many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Overall everything is a bit aged, room safe and fridge did not work properly, but perhaps they were easy to fix and I did not bother asking.

Cleanliness and overall discipline

The restaurant , we ordered food and it was served 1 hour later , they don’t pay details to attention and lots mishap , felt embarrassed with my guest , cutlery was not available , one roti takes 30 mins to make , the most pathetic service I witnessed , staff is not well trained and lack customer service etiquette

Very easy to locate after reaching Hyderabad from the highway...don't have to drive inside the city too much to find it. Great mutton biryani and chicken tikka. Dark curtains, so if you want to sleep deep into the day, you can choose to. Overall, very satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again.

It was a very Good location with all facilities......

We were made to wait for a long long time after our Arrival. This is inspite of informing them of our early Arrival. We found that in front of us a number if other Guests were being given vacant rooms. But it took a long time to allott us the room. Simply a Disgusting experience. Had they informed us earlier , We would have chosen a different Hotel.

Neat and clean with charming faces at the front office.

The TV in room No. 818 was non-functional. Despite reporting the matter no action was taken, though I was told that maintenance team will do the needful. Also I asked for a empty coffe mug which not provided despite the lady at the other telling me that she would sending it. This type of service/attitude at a star hotel is not called for and needs to be addressed at the earliest and the employee responsible for this should be given a stern warning. Action taken may be intimated.

Breakfast and location was very good, the hotel facilities are also very good. The room is very comfortable, The AC couldn't be set on a specific temperature, its either at 18 degrees or you will have to switch it off, the AC controllers in room doesnt work.

The staff could be better.

Hotel is well placed with all modern facilities enabled. Overall a good experience.

There was a conference scheduled on 27th Jan. The hotel could have arranged for the breakfast for in-house guests at a separate area. It was a crowded lobby during breakfast hours with too many people moving around. Looked a bit messed up.

Rooms were clean Food was very good. Location was good.

Children room & Parents room was not interconnected. Children room beds were not king size bed, whereas Room rent was taken same as Parents room. We had to tell to apply room freshener as room was not smelling fresh.
