The staff was very good and helpful. Akanksha helped me a lot in extending my reservation by following up frequently with the reservation team. Rooms were also very clean, the housekeeping staff was very helpful too. Food menu could have more options. I tried noodles which were good but I found that there were lack of more options. Would like to book again and recommend to others as well!

Food menu should have more options, right now very limited options were there. so most of the time I have to order form swiggy.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and maintained. Staff are friendly and readily available to help answer any questions. We really appreciated the 24hour reception and night staff who let us in upon a late return after evening events. Location is very good and easy to travel around the city from. Wifi is quick and connections are available on every floor.

The only thing to mention is that our wifi connection on our floor stopped providing internet but it worked fine on other floors. Unsure why this was happening but not a big issue.

Cleanliness. Beds were very flexible Bathroom also nice. They provide all toilettories.

When they housekeeper comes to clean the room. They always forget to keep cleaned towel. If the room is twin sharing they give you one towel but when you call reception then they send other one. Here they are lacking.

Excellent service and staff was helpful too, enough space for a family and the provide extra bedding without any extra charges. Due to some external work there was some noise which wasn’t good but apart from that everything was excellent

The staff, especially front desk operators - Ms.Preeti & Ms. Deepthi. They were very helpful & ever smiling. Other staff were also equally good.

Property is a good accessible location. If you have a car, it’s slightly tough to spot a parking

Very helpfull and vriendly staff, I checked in, in the middle of the night without any problems. The room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast is ok, I'm not a big eater.

Maybe a bit more variation with the breakfast. Please turn of the music in the hall, it's a bit to loud.

Since I had booked a KING ROOM, I was expecting the room and toilet to be of larger size. Was also expecting an open balcony overlooking the main road. Roof top restaurant and breakfast was nice

Had requested a two hour late check out to synch with flight timing but was not allowed.

The rooms feel fresh and clean. Bathrooms are nice. The breakfast on the terrace is also really good. The staff were extremely polite and responsive. Quality of food served in the room was also great with many options.

Frequency of house keeping, fresh change of towels and restocking of condiments could have been better.

The cleanliness and the staff really good. This hotel is close to US Visa Application Center and US Consulate is located at around 15-20 mins by uber auto or uber go.

They should provide a hair dryer and iron at least for the premium rooms.
