Simple place... Affordable. Had good internet, great breakfast - traditional indian plus eggs and toast if you like. Unlimited chai. Right in the center of the city area. Very busy road nearby but that's what that area is famous for.

They asked to pay 50% upfront online through a bank but then didnt have record of that when I arrived.. The message I received said the booking could be cancelled if i didnt. I would suggest next time not paying that and paying in full on departure as it took a long while for them to check and even then they couldnt find it.. They trusted i had as i was going to miss my flight if i had waited any longer.

The hotel was easy to locate and in the middle of Gachibowli. I had requested for an early check in and the staff also complied politely. The rooms were big and spacious and were also really clean. All the necessities like towels and toiletries were also provided. The hotel management was kind enough to provide me complimentary breakfast during the tenure of my stay even though it was not included along with the booking. The breakfast was really good and there were plenty of South and North Indian options. I did not get a chance to try the restaurant in the facility, but would recommend it as the items were decently priced and they also provide room service. I would definitely recommend staying at Swan Suites if you're in and around Gachibowli and looking for a comfortable stay.

staff is very cooperative and helpful, many staff for cleaning so they are faster , morning break fast is whatever items are pretty enough. Tea was very good. the location is just besides the main road to easy to get auto or book cab , also many restaurants around to eat and shopping malls if required.

Simple clean rooms. Wifi works well. Has fan and air conditioner so you can regulate heat. Nothing fancy but a clean working room. Has a kettle that works and lots of plugs to recharge items. Also their food is great to order and also the included breakfast.

Each day my door entrance card stopped working. I think my phone erased it if put in the same pocket. Water pressure is low but no big deal.

Evening snacks should be available in hotel restaurant from around 5 pm/6pm. Restaurant should be operational full time during day & evening.

Service is very good. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast is good. Hotel Manager Shri Gourav ji and the entire staff team was very helpful. Surrounding area is safe and residential. Hotel is located very near to the Gachibowli main road.

The rooms don't have a view due to close nearby buildings. Mosquitoes were in room, but hotel provides mosquito repellent machine so it's okay.

The behaviour of staff,the quality of food,the cleanliness and it was a budget friendly stay.

There should be extra manpower. The all staff are good and managing but extra man power is needed

Nice place for a short stay, usually most visitors are patients for the nearby AIG hospital. Rooms, clean, staff are excellent. Breakfast can be improved but with reasonable cost seems to be justified

The stay was clean, comfortable and exceptional for the price. The receptionists, the service providers were all nice and they did their work in a fantastic and in an easy going way. The check-in and outs were easy, hassle-free and comfortable. I booked the room for four days deluxe bed for two (It is a couple friendly hotel) and i would say that this is the best room that you could get for the price.

The area of the washroom seemed like the only problem for me personally as it seemed a bit conjusted. The beds weren't comfortable as expected it to be. The rest of the amenities were on point. To be fair, for this price range; it never seemed like an actual problem.
