All is good. Will plan to stay again here if there's an opportunity

I booked this through booking.com I made a request that my parents will arrive by 10 AM and keep the room ready knowing that checkin in time is at 2 PM. I received 5-6 messages about hotel.policy etc that room will not be given earlier. While booking, I included detailed notes that I needed it earlier and was willing to pay more. Only one front desk person emailed me that he will.look into it and confirmed it. Why did I have to receive so many emails from booking.com, from hotel front desk? Please.coordinate accordingly. My parents train got delayed and they reached a bit late..what if they reached on time?

Location is good and easy to reach. Not far from Gachibowli Flyover just behind Reliance Digital. Property appears to be very new and the people(staff) are friendly. Room is neat and clean with soft bed and very clean linen. I would say the highlight for me was the spotlessly clean bathroom. All toiletries are provided including dental kit and shaving kit. The room has a flat screen TV with DTH connection. There is a kettle and coffee/tea/water available in the room. Overall it was a good experience.

The hotel policy says outside guests are not allowed in the rooms. This was confirmed by the hotel staff as well though they indicated that it may be allowed for few minutes. In my opinion this is a strange policy and inconvenient to customers. There could be instances where a friend or relative from Hyderabad may want to come and meet us in the room.

the room size, cleanliness and comfort was very good for the room rate. Ac worked well and the pastry items in the cafe are really amazing! the morning breakfast was also quite good. decent variety with good taste. the lunch and dinner items were also well prepared with sufficient quantity.

room service has minor issues in taking time to respond . maybe they are slightly less on staff. but not a major issue.

The room was very much spacious, the furniture were quite new and it was very clean (especially when compared to average standards of the country). Quality/price ratio is very good and much worth than 5* hotels in the same area. The staff offered me a late checkout for free since my flight was in the late afternoon. The restaurant and café on the ground floor is also decent, and western people can appreciate continental food too.

The fridge in the room was quite noisy.

I had an amazing experience in this property . Me and my family stayed here for 7 nights recently and each moment spent there was memorable. Right from superfast check-in (5 mins), free upgrade to a better room, superb hotel ambience. Vallet parking facility. Room sixe and decor, roof top swimming pool etc everything was just perfect. And last buy not the least all these at a reasonable price. Special shout out for Argha (lobby manager if iam not wrong) for understanding our requirement and helping with the room upgrade. You made our stay very comfortable. Also all hotel staff right from the parking folks to reception, security guys and housekeeping are very professional and courteous. They make sure to attend you and greet you evertytime you come across one of them. Keep up the good work. I will love to come back again.

It would have been better if they would have in-house bar.

The room was ridicilously spacious and comfortable! It was beyond what I expected. The TV had all streaming services which was great to entertain my child while we were busy planning our planning for the day. We stayed 3 nights here and they came to clean the room, chnage the towels every day. Their breakfast was nice. Even though my son and I cannot eat traditional Indian food much, we found enough to eat there. We were given an extra bed for our son and I looked at the mattress and everything. They were all very clean! Honestly, this hotel was very similar to the 5*star hotels we stayed in India in terms of quality.

Nothing really. If you think about the price, THIS is the hotel to stay at in Hyderabad. We are from Western Europe travelling with a kid so I always try to book a place I know will be a decent, stress-free stay. I booked this hotel without really knowing much and I am glad I "risked" it. This is a very clean, comfortable hotel!

Stayed in an apartment and the room was really spacious. It was nice to have a separate area to work. The staff were lovely and the food at the restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. I would highly recommend.

The bathroom and kitchen facilities looked a bit dated and worn. The staff didn't always understand what we were asking for at the reception, but I understand that sometimes we spoke fast or our queries were unusual ones.

Good spread for breakfast and better than expected setting. Especially if you are into Indian vegetarian meals. Staff at breakfast provided excellent service.

The surrounding construction and access to the hotel via small back road. Due to construction, no drop off in front of the hotel, had to disembark at hotel driveway entrance and walk in. No porter to help with luggage.
