Towels and bedsheets were unclean and requested for another but they denied

It's my second time staying here, The first stay was so good. But this time It was not as good as it was before. The floor was not clean perfectly (room 406). Someone played Lound music on the floor till 4 am. Key and ac were not working at the beginning. I called reception 3 times for these reasons. The hotel staff was good. He responded to everything quickly. I gave a solid 10 last time. Now i'm giving 8 for these reasons

Staff was very helpful and friendly, clean room and bathroom, a Mandi restaurant on 1st floor for Lunch & Dinner. Importantly, it was close to Hitex Exhibition Ground (approx 2 kms away) since I had to visit the place.

The Main road opposite to this Hotel is very busy and noisy. Property does not have its own restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Apart from a few Mandi restaurants nearby there are not many options. Good Vegetarian Restaurants are approximately 1 kilometre away from the property.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect. Special shout-out to staff for going above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Location is good, but the breakfast should be buffet one with many choices, vegetarian and nonvegetarian option should also be available while choosing buffet

Room is much spacious and compact, bed was comfortable and lighting was excellent, behaviour of the staffs was very good and informative and all were helping nature and tried to listen our query patiently and helped a lot.

Location, wifi, room size , free water

Nothing ,coz i feel u should always calculate things according to der budget, N it was budget friendly, so i cant compare this wit 5 or 4 star properties .

Over all I liked all especially the furniture as it was all new n ya internet is also fast staffs are all well behaved...

I didn't like the location as it was not showing exactly as when I check in it took me 30 mins to find the hotel

The room was good and clean, Everything was well maintained. I say it's value for money.

Restaurant people can see you coming and going. That felt a little weird. They keep stairs at you.

Clean, comfortable and value for money. Lox of the hotel is in a very busy / crowded area. But, staff was good and room very clean and comfortable.
