Good location. Good food. Miss Nitu Lakhmani in the restaurant was very helpful and courteous. As my wife, a Divyang person on wheelchair, Nitu ji took good care of her to serve the food.

Everything was good except the persons at reception. Very uncourteous. They never replied properly for any service required. During check in all the items from mini bar were removed but after check out they argued with me that I had consumed everything. After much argument they agreed that no items were there in the mini bar. Because of them all good gone to drain.

The hotel is one of a kind in the city. Exceptional in many aspects from help desk to restaurant chef all are very friendly and welcoming. The food is outstanding and the breakfast is scrumptious. Om the chef made sure we get the best. Pooja, Abhishiek, Shyma and many others from help desk were very nice. Will surely visit again.

The drew payment for the 1st night from my card without my consent. I believe it was miscommunication and was promised that it will not be repeated.

Very good breakfast with fast efficient service. Very good coffee, not crowded and excellent selection on the buffet. My only regret is that I forgot to order the poached eggs on smashed avocado! The lounge facilities were very good though it would be better if it also opened for breakfast.

Bar prices are crazy expensive. The seats in the bar were uncomfortable and the music was to loud. The impression is that the guests are essentially stuck at this location so lets gouge them!

The service was outstanding. The staff did all they could to make us comfortable. Connecting rooms, late check out, to name a few. The staff in the restaurant went out of their way to accommodate our requests. They made something specially for our son and were kind enough to come and meet our 15 year old. Trying the kebabs and meeting the team behind the creation was his highlight of the trip.

Housekeeping staff were just so brilliant, authentically caring and always had fresh towels, more bottled water and a genuine kindness. Cab service organised to the airport much easier to deal with and more flexible than the local cab I booked, then could not cancel on Booking.com - due to their tech issue, they still billed me, but the hotel came to the rescue with their own vehicle to take myself and my colleague to the airport in time! Thank you Novotel.

Efficiently managed

The insistence on paying for the room service, after blocking a significant amount from Credit card was disappointing. Compounding that front office couldn't produce the bill after searching for 10 minutes during check out. However, Megha from guest services made sure the bill was mailed to me by end of the day.

For breakfast spread was quite appealing and caters for taste of all. Staff was excellent. A gentleman named Sandeep exhibited very satisfying conduct, always willing to walk extra mile. Impressive! Staff in other funstions was good.

Despite a long booking I didn't get a complimentary breakfast so this question is irrelevant.

The connectivity is very poor to the nearest habitation so the hotel should be plying golf carts for the residents to be dropped off at the main gate.

Breakfast and Dinner are taste less when compared with Hyderabad Hotels and staff training to be improved while serving with sufficient water bottles and Hand kerchief

Room and toilet was clean. Coffee was really good. Breakfast was amazing . Complementary water was best out of all.

Hustle on checking in and checking out early or late. The way to hotel was really bad and smells foul. Mosquitoes inside room really bad.
