Location wise excellent.

In booking.com, it was stated that the hotel has free parking facility. It is not correct. I had to park my car on the side of a busy road in front of the hotel as suggested by the hotel receptionist and staff. I had requested for a late check in and checked in at 1500 hrs on 26/03/2024. I parked my car as directed. In the evening, I was informed by hotel staff that I should park my car elsewhere as law enforcing authorities have directed them to get the car removed otherwise it will be towed away. Under compulsion, I had to park car at my own risk elsewhere.

The breakfast was very nice and I just feel that drinking shouldn't be allowed in hotel rooms as when entering my room it was smelling really bad.

Just that alcohol smell in front of my door in the night

The hotel location is excellent with metro and bus facilities available nearby. The room we got was clean. The service was superb. The complementary breakfast was given on time and was very tasty. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location of the property is very good. all places of Hyderabad is near from Hotel.

Some smell of Cigarette and liquor are coming from the another room in lobby.

The rooms are neat and clean. Hospitality of the staff also good

The Blankets, bed sheets are good, but need to improve the cleaning procedures for the linen

Breakfast was good. Staff was supportive. They cleaned & maintained room everyday, also replaced bed sheets & bed covers daily, no need to remind them for the same. Reception persons were very helpful, they helped us to arrange cab for Ramoji film city tour, many thanks for that. Everything was good. We will surely visit next time too.

The hotel rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and a new building

The breakfast was not there.. only 30 inr dish and Tea

City centre.. You can reach all tourist attractions with in half an hour.. Metro station cinemahalls best rated restaurant s like Bawarchi pista house are very near to the hotel....

Need maintenance for water lines and electrical accessories.. Air-conditioning is needed service. Room service has to be done in time.

I liked the location and the staffs are really prompt in service. Nice experience and will visit again.
