The hotel was very clean and i really loved it. If i ever visited hyderabad again this hotel will be my first priority.

The location was perfect, easily accessible to every point of attraction inside the city. Everyone knows this location, so communicating with the auto and taxi drivers was easy. The rooms where clean and the staffs where very helpful and friendly. For this budget we where very much satisfied with the stay.

Complimentary breakfast was provided, which was not up-to the mark. Very oily and we didn't like the taste and texture of the food. But this is my personal opinion. Other might like the food.

Mr. Abdul Kadar. He is a very nice person. And also Mr Sultan is very kind to talk. Also Mr. Wasim ..he gave a good room service..as per him their Owner is also very kind person. Overall Arastu inn is a very nice place to live in Hyderabad with family..

It is not a matter of my liking and also we can't change it( ??).. that The Hospital near the stay with all the garbage outside.. If possible to any one to raise a complaint to the municipal corporation to clear it daily.

cleanliness of the room and washroom, staff were responsive

Parking was bit difficult. Hotel doesnt have its own restaurant and there are very few at a bit of walkable distance. Everything was good except this part.

Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff is very helpful and humble.

Breakfast is very very limited. Only Vada and Tea was available.

Rooms are very spacious with chairs and a large dining space. Neat and clean. One of the largest room i stayed for the price.

Not many options for food nearby the hotel premises. Complementary breakfast options were limited.

You have to provide an inner hot water kettle with tea bags and sample soaps provided will be good.

From the reception to the room downstairs and up the stairs not comfortable for old people.

The staff was cooperative and the hotel room was looking perfect in terms of cleanliness & very hygienic too. The room was very good and the service was amazing, the washroom was hygienic and the I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The stay was pleasant and the interior lighting and all fixtures were working properly and all facilities were available. The room & washroom was neat, clean & hygienic.

Breakfast wasn't bad, would be better if staff could list the menu the previous night so that one could choose. Could consider having a continental menu as well. Need improvements in service.

Hot water wasn't available through out the day, however staff was cooperative to put on the common geyser. this wasted a lot of time especially when we were tired and needed a quick break. This also involved wasting a lot of water, waiting for hot water to flow.

The interior, cleanliness, and staff were awesome.

The entrance is hidden in a busy Street. They could spend a little more on putting up a name board. Also car parking is troubling.
