Overall good room with no fuzz. Good room with decent sunlight, clean. Courteous staff. 24 hours hot water, clean bedsheets, towel. Overall quite room. But our badluck that there was road drilling work going on. Good location. 2 mins from lakdikapul Metro. near birla temple and hussainsagar. We don't prefer buying plastic bottle. So, we liked getting RO water on request from hotel.

No canteen. We requested for cutlery when ordering from Swiggy , but they don't have it. so, they gave us paper plate and no bowl or spoons. Not big minus, Staff doesn't have much details about hyderabad. So, our questions were unanswered.

parking and staff very polite.no hassles. toilets were very clean.airconditioning was superb. very easy to enter city from this place/ manager was very silent and cooperative. when the staff are easy going stay makes feel like home. when we are travelling with family

restaurant should be there. the food available opposite the stay was not standard. it is emergency. when people stay for two days they prefer good boarding.

I had booked this hotel for only 1 night but there good service, the stay was very nice and excellent service from the staff, the main thing is they don't ask for extra money.

All of these are good teams so the cooperative and hotel is clean and safe even with requests provided by the bag counter so that we even planned for a city tour ....... Mantu bahi is so cooperative but my request is to provide hotel number on Google so that we can call directly to hotel id needed

The staff was very co operative, helped for smooth check in. Hotel took care of our stay to be good and safe. Hotel was clean, neat and house keeping was up to mark. Very near to nampally station, and restaurants are at walkable distance. If visiting hyderbad again i would prefer to stay in this hotel.
